At 1 pm Beijing time on the afternoon of March 17, 1959, two meetings
took place in Lhasa and Beijing that would change the history of
China.
In the Norbulingka palace, the summer residence of the Dalai Lama, the
23-year-old leader and his advisors were debating whether to leave
Lhasa, minutes after two artillery shells had landed 200 meters away,
causing a huge explosion. A monk entered into a trance, his body
swelled and he screamed in a loud voice: "leave quickly, leave
quickly, leave tonight."
At the same moment, in Zhongnanhai, Premier Liu Xiaoqi was chairing a
meeting of the Politburo to discuss the same issue.
"The best outcome would be for the Dalai Lama to stay," they
concluded. "But, if he goes, it would be no big deal. The focus of our
work does not depend on the feelings of Tibet government leaders but
is our determination to put down the rebellion and reform everything."
So reads a dramatic new account of the most important event in Tibet
of the last century -- the decision by the Dalai Lama to leave his
homeland. It appears in '1959 Lhasa', published in Chinese language in
Hong Kong and Taiwan and written by Li Jianglin, a Chinese historian.
The daughter of a Communist Party official, she is a graduate of Fudan
and Shandong Universities who went on to study at Brandies University
and lives in New York. The book has the great merit of using material
from both sides. Li interviewed more than 200 Tibetans in 14 places of
exile and also quotes widely from material from the Chinese side.
The book's conclusion challenges Beijing's version of history – that
the Tibetan nobility and clergy led their people in an armed rebellion
against the Chinese state and that the Dalai Lama had planned the
rebellion from early 1957, with support from the CIA, which trained
170 guerillas and supplied them with weapons from the air, including
anti-aircraft machine guns and 10,000 rifles. According to this
version, the Dalai Lama was forced to leave Tibet against his will.
On the contrary, the book says, it was Mao Zedong who provoked the
uprising as the only way to remove the Tibetan ruling class and enable
him to carry out the same revolutionary reforms of land and society as
in the rest of China. Since resistance in Tibet was fiercer than other
parts of China, so he needed to use a higher level of violence – the
PLA -- to overcome it.
"I have sufficient evidence to say that the 'Lhasa incident' (of March
1959) was planned by the Communist Party," said Li. "From 1955, it was
waiting for an opportunity. At the end of 1958, Deng Xiaoping said
that Mao would order the Tibet party work committee to prepare for
war. Without war, it would be impossible to solve the problem."
She said that part of this strategy may have been to remove the
spiritual leader of the Tibetans, by firing shells close enough to his
palace to frighten him into running away; but she added that the
evidence for this was not conclusive.
The revolt had begun in Lhasa on March 10, 1959, when tens of
thousands of Tibetans surrounded the Norbulingka, believing that the
People's Liberation Army was about to abduct the Dalai Lama. On the
12th, armed Tibetans and PLA units fortified positions in and around
the city in preparation for conflict.
On the morning of the 17th, the Dalai Lama and his advisors met to
discuss how to avoid a bloodbath. The firing of the shells changed the
topic of the meeting. They decided to leave; the Dalai Lama and a
small group of advisors left the palace shortly before midnight and
arrived in India two weeks later, after a trek across the Himalayas.
In an interview, the Dalai Lama told Li that the words spoken after
the trance were one factor persuading them to leave, together with the
artillery shells which had stunned them, making them fear for their
lives.
Li said that, while some evidence points to the fact that Mao allowed
the Dalai Lama to escape, it was not conclusive. She believes that,
once he had left Lhasa, the army did not pursue him because it did not
have enough men and because a mass escape was taking place at that
time: between March and June 1959, 20,000 Tibetans fled to India.
Whether the Dalai Lama was in Tibet or not did not affect Beijing's
overall policy.
On March 19, the Communist Party committee in Tibet informed Beijing
that the Dalai Lama had left Lhasa two days earlier. Shortly before
four o'clock in the morning of March 20, armed conflict between the
two sides broke out in the city.
According to the official Chinese version, "7,000 rebels launched a
full-scale attack on the Party, government and military institutions
on March 20. Driven beyond forbearance, the PLA launched under orders
a counter-attack at 10 am the same day. With the support of all ethnic
groups in Tibet, the 1,000 PLA troops completely put down the armed
rebellion in Lhasa within two days. The PLA rapidly quelled the armed
rebellion in other places in Tibet."
Official figures released in 1993 and 1995 said that, during the two-
day battle, 63 PLA soldiers were killed and 210 injured, against 545
Tibetans killed and 4,815 wounded and taken prisoner.
Li said that the uprising in Lhasa was part of widespread Tibetan
resistance to the revolutionary reforms of land, class and religion
which the Communist Party implemented after taking power. As early as
1955, Mao ordered Zhang Guohua , then party chief and head of the PLA
in Tibet, to implement land reform.
"My research led me to the stunning discovery that, in the three years
that followed the widespread implementation of land reform from 1956,
over 200,000 Tibetans died in Sichuan," she said. "The official number
of 'rebels' killed, wounded and captured in Sichuan was over 145,000."
While these reforms led to thousands of deaths in other parts of
China, the conflict was more intense in Tibet because they meant
destroying one social system and replacing it with another. Loyalty to
the monks and the Buddhist order they represented was more intense in
Tibet than anywhere else in China; so resistance to destruction of
temples and defrocking of monks and nuns was stronger.
This is Beijing's version of what happened: "the government led the
Tibetan people to start the surging tide of democratic reform, wrecked
the feudal serfdom of theocracy and helped a million serfs and slaves
realize their lifelong wish of being their own masters. They no longer
suffer from the serf-owners' political oppression, forced labor,
inhuman treatment, heavy corvee taxes and usurious exploitation … On
March 28, 1959, Premier Zhou Enlai promulgated a State Council decree
dissolving the local Tibetan government."
Li said that the official version of a rebellion by the ruling class
to preserve the serf system was not in accord with the historical
facts.
"In 1952, the Dalai Lama set up a reform bureau, including a plan to
reform the system of corvee labor, for the government to take back
land and distribute it to the peasants. He accepted reform but not
violent and destructive reform, the reform of one class eliminating
another. The violence of land reform has left a scar on Chinese
society that cannot be cured. Nowadays there is little debate about
that.
"Like the Han, the Tibetans endured the suffering of violent land
reform, cultural destruction, the Great Famine and the Cultural
Revolution. They suffered an additional cruel oppression the Han did
not. The crushing of the 'rebellion' was a direct order from Mao to
solve 'the Tibetan problem'. Most tragic of all that Han and Tibetan
farmers attacked each other in the name of 'class struggle'. The
responsibility for this should not be borne by all the Han people."
Her book documents the human and social cost of the operation. On
October 1, 1960, the Political Propaganda Department of the PLA's
Tibet Military Region produced a secret document which said that,
between March 1959 and October 1960, they had killed more than 87,000
'rebels'.
Before 1959, Tibet had 2,676 temples, large and small: by 1961, there
were only 553 and, after the Cultural Revolution, only the Potala in
Lhasa had been left completely unscathed. Between March 1965 and the
end of 1966, 150 people's communes were set up.
"The Tibetan language was close to extinction, the Dalai Lama's
picture, the practice of religion and even the wearing of Tibetan
clothes were outlawed. Through this remodeling, the Communist Party
controlled Tibet like a prison and the Sinicisation of its people was
a matter of time," it says.
In 1979, the central government started contact with the Tibetan
government in exile and allowed the Dalai Lama to send a delegation to
his homeland. "Thousands of people lined the streets, weeping and
acclaiming them as their leaders. Only then did the party realize
Tibetans were still Tibetans, that the Dalai Lama was still their
leader and that they could not change a religion that had been handed
down from one generation to another. Even until today, more than 2,000
Tibetans each year cross the Himalayas to India. Even in exile for 51
years, the spirit of the snow has not left Tibet."
Beijing presents history in a different way. It acknowledges excesses
committed in Tibet, as elsewhere in China, before 1978; but it says
the three decades since have seen unprecedented development in Tibet
and improvements in health, education, incomes, housing and other
sectors, thanks in part to billions of yuan in subsidies from the
central government and aid in money and personnel from individual
cities and provinces. This has given the region a level of
modernization and prosperity it never enjoyed before, Beijing says.
Victims of revolution
Some of the military leaders who implemented Mao's revolution in Tibet
became victims of that revolution themselves.
Most tragic was General Zhang Jingwu, who joined the Communist Party
in 1930 and had a distinguished career in the PLA in wars against
Japan and the Nationalists. He was sent to Tibet in November 1949 and
held key posts there for more than 10 years. In July 1951, he was the
first PLA general to meet the Dalai Lama, who was then 16 and he 45.
According to the official history, Zhang persuaded him to return to
Lhasa, but the Dalai Lama told Li that he had made this decision on
his own.
In July 1954, Zhang accompanied him to Beijing to meet Mao Tse-tung.
He planned an important role in implementing 'democratic reforms'. On
March 1, 1960, the People's Daily published an article by him which
said that the rebellion in Tibet was not a 'democratic war' but 'a
class war' in which there was no room for compromise.
After the outbreak of the Cultural Revolution, Zhang was purged and
sent to a cadre school, where he was put under house arrest. Then he
was imprisoned in Qincheng prison outside Beijing, where he was
tortured. A man who had fought Japan and the Nationalists and served
the party for 40 years, he protested by going on hunger strike. He
died in prison on October 27, 1971. The body was cremated secretly,
the ashes disposed of and his
family were not told for two years.
In 1979, the Central Committee and Central Military Commission held a
solemn memorial service, to honor and rehabilitate Zhang, with
mourners leaving wreaths in front of his photo, in the absence of his
remains.
The Dalai Lama told the author that he remembered Zhang as bad-
tempered and outspoken: "in his heart, he was very probably a good
person," he added.
Another victim was General Fan Ming, leader of the PLA Northwest army
that entered Tibet and later deputy party chief of the region's Work
Committee. In 1958, he was purged as a rightist and sent to
Changbaishan, on the border with Korea.When he fell ill, he was sent
to a farm labor camp in Shaanxi. In 1962, he was charged with being a
member of 'Peng Dehuai's Anti-party Group' and sent to Qincheng
prison. He was finally rehabilitated in 1980, after 22 years in prison
and wrote a book of memoirs "The Internal Struggle of Tibet" that was
published in Hong Kong. He died in February this year, several months
after the publication.
General Zhang Guohua, former head of the Tibet Military Region,
survived both the anti-rightist campaign and the Cultural Revolution
unscathed. He was sent to work in Sichuan, where he became first
political commissar of the Chengdu military region. On February 20,
1972, while he was chairing a meeting, he had a heart attack and
passed away, at the age of 58.

The problem with Da Lama's flight is the ghosts and the hoard of gold
that left with him. Da Lama, if the Chinese government allows him
back to Tibet, should be required to face the people and explain what
he did with the gold. As for the ghosts like Dorje Shugden, Da Lama
should explain why he believes in so many deities and then ditches
them at will and causes so much hardship on so many Tibetan followers!
Da Lama preaches compassion, religious freedom, democracy, and dialog.
But he was willing to let superstition to stand between his people and
the Buddha. He's willing to ditch the Dorje Shugden who he claimed
had once saved him. He is now persecuting the popular Dorje's
followers. What a joke to call Da Lama a holy man and worse . . . a
reincarnate the Buddha!

Also if the consolidation of Tibet by the PRC was a war of liberation
then why does the book expose that over 200,000 tibetans died during

why do you spout the official propaganda line of the CCP. The CCP only

The stain of US genocide of the Native americans in the 19th century
parallels with China's genocide of the Tibetans in the 20th century.
Also anthropologists have proven that the Tibetans are related to the
Native Americans as are the Mongolians.
As a major world power china is guilty of imperialism like the other
major powers of the world. Every time you use the imperialism argument
of a poor defenseless china leading a socialist revolution against the
capitalist imperialist west, and fail to look at the fact that china
is now capitalist and bullies Vietnam and Japan by laying claim to the
entire South and East China sea, or ignore the repression the 73

The dalai lama says he has retired now. Also Dorje Shugden is anti
Nyingma and being ecclectic the dalai lama was correct in coming down
against sectarian bigotry.

These mental health professionals cannot treat their own behavior yet
they want to be paid using the psycho-BS on their patients which they
do
not practice themselves. These mental health professionals eventually
end up in prison, lose their license, die, etc. Why spend money on
the
psycho-BS being dispensed when those in the psych industry don't even
use the psycho-BS?
Suppose my profession is a cop that would mean I would be able to
arrest
people when I need to. Suppose my profession is a dermatologist that
would mean I would be able to treat my skin disorder when I need to.
Suppose my profession is a lawyer that would mean I would be able to
sue
in court when I need to. Suppose my profession is a mental health
expert
that would mean I would be able to handle my own mental health issues
when I have to...but that
is NOT true for the psych industry. Mental health experts are
documented
to commit murder, rape, sex with underage people, molestation, public
masturbation, suicide, stealing, etc...these are mental issues which
these mental health experts were unable to handle for themselves.
The psych industry is a scam. The psych industry knows that psycho-BS
does not work and continues to sell it to the public; just read about
the crimes these people in the psych industry commit. Some psych get
their license revoked because psycho-BS cannot cure them. Some psych
commit the same crime when their license are not revoked because
psycho-BS cannot cure them. A psych can be a graduate from Harvard or
your local community college and tells a patient that rape is wrong
using psycho-BS and then goes out and commit rape on another patient.
Do
you see how hypocritical it is? The psych will say they care for the
mentally ill when all they offer is medication that does not cure
them.

defrauded the government health insurance in excess of $3mil. This
person was supposed to provide mental health services yet engaged in

The woman said Kyle told her he was running a secret, alternative

therapy" counseling business and that he wanted her to participate.
Kyle allegedly told the woman she would need special training and
that
he would provide that. He also allegedly invited her to meet him at a
local hotel for a training session.
Wednesday morning Kyle pleaded guilty to a charge of promoting
prostitution."
This 70-year-old mental health professional wanted to have sex with
his
"patient" so he offered to find her employment at his alternative sex
therapy counseling business. But the patient must receive training
session from this 70-year-old counselor first at a local hotel. This
counselor violated his patient's trust and wanted to make her into a
prostitute. But the mental health counselor was trained in the art of
psycho-BS and used it on his patient by calling it "sex therapy"
counseling service when it was nothing more than prostitution. So
this
patient was smart enough not to fall for the psycho-BS. Remember that
mental health professional use psycho-BS on victims not on
themselves.

Here is another case of a mental health professional who violated his
client's trust. Lattari took advantage of his situation to exploit a
girl whose situation brought her to a last chance alternative school.
Lattari used psycho-BS to take advantage of her not to treat his own

to
another person in her practice who was not a licensed psychologist.
Wright called her colleague, Larry Brotzen, a �doctor� when
referring
patients to him.
Wright also billed insurance carriers for psychological services
rendered by the unlicensed Brotzen and also engaged in other forms of
fraudulent billing. Following an investigation separate from the
Professional Board case, Wright pled guilty in April in U.S. District
court to having committed health care fraud."
Although this mental health professional committed fraudulent
billing,
Sally Wright was correct in that patients wouldn't be able to
distinguish psycho-BS whether it be dispensed by a licensed
psychologist
or one who is not licensed. This is what I been saying, psycho-BS can

care accused him of having sex with her. A hospitalized mental health
patient cannot legally consent to sex with a caregiver.
The allegation was not the first against Wiggins or the hospital, 10
Investigates' Paul Aker reported.
A year earlier, another girl accused Wiggins of having sexual contact
with her. While the hospital notified Franklin County Children
Services,
it did not follow the standing advice of state regulators that
encourages hospitals to call police directly."
This mental health professional used his position as supervisor of a
hospital to have sex with an underage girl. This behavior of
Christopher
Wiggins was also brought up by another girl a year earlier. The

release.
He pleaded guilty in March to federal charges of possessing sexually
explicit materials involving children.
In 2008, an Iowa City computer business notified the Iowa City Police
Department after discovering child pornography on a personal computer
Weinberg brought for repair.
One image showed a naked child tied face down with a rope, police
said."
This psychologist behavior cannot be treated with psycho-BS. He

A state psychologist since 2004, Rider lost her job with the state
Department of Correction after shooting Friend in the back on April

less than three weeks after his release. He survived the wound from
the
.38 caliber slug, which passed through his chest inches from his
heart.
Friend, a convicted felon from Clayton, is now back behind bars in
the
Watauga County Jail, charged with five counts of violating a domestic
violence protective order barring him from contact with Rider"
This psychologist is typical of what you been reading. Rider violated
the relationship with her client and had sex with him. Her psycho-BS

firearms
while being a convicted felon -- a status he achieved with a bizarre

long criminal record -- was arraigned in state Superior Court on
Wednesday.
In 1987, Gagnon was arrested for wearing a silver badge and driving a
car that appeared to be an unmarked police car outfitted with a red
flashing light.
He pulled a woman over with an expired temporary registration in
Brookfield and told her he would let her go if she would have sex
with
him, according to the appellate court decision that upheld his
convictions. Gagnon then grabbed the woman's breasts, the documents
said. The woman put her car in gear and sped off.
Gagnon was convicted of criminal impersonation and third-degree
sexual
assault. As a result of the felony conviction, he has a lifetime
listing
on the state's Sex Offender Registry.
Also, in 2004, a patient made a police complaint about Gagnon wearing
a
general's uniform while giving therapy. Gagnon, who was not in the
Army,
was charged with unauthorized use of a uniform and, a year later,
pleaded no contest to the charge."
This psychotherapist was convicted in 1987 for impersonating a police
officer so he can have sex with a women he pulled over. Those in
charge
of the mental health profession saw it fit to let him continue his
practice after that incident? Then in 2004, Gagnon impersonates as a
Army general while giving therapy? What kind of fool do these psych
people take the public for. Now Gagnon is being charged for
possessing
firearms? Why is this guy allowed to be a mental health professional

saleswoman had died two days earlier. Police found more than 20
prescription medications in the house; 10 of them were found in her
blood, stomach and liver.
Siciliano noticed that a prescription for 90 Oxycontin pills �
filled
three weeks before � had been written by Dreyer, raising his
suspicion.
Dreyer asked no questions about medical history, conducted no
examinations, generally asked what drug the patient was interested
in,
and then suggested a symptom, according to records. He charged $100
for
the visits and wrote a prescription for each investigator."
This mental health professional is an educated drug pusher in a more
obvious manner than his peer. He made up symptoms for his client for
$100 per visit and wrote them whatever drug the clients wanted. There
were no medical history, or examinations conducted of his clients.
Dryer's action caused the death of a 25-year-old and a 35-year-old.
The
psych industry is a scam and their behavior cannot be treated with

California revoked the license of Kristin Hibbard, Ph.D. According to
Board documents, from 2006 to December 2008, Hibbard treated a
patient
who had been injured at work and was subsequently referred to Hibbard
for counseling in anger management and depression.
In November 2008, the patient received a worker�s compensation
settlement in excess of $150,000. In early December, the patient and
his
wife went to Hibbard�s office for his regular appointment, during
which
Hibbard requested that the patient sign a power of attorney giving
her
and another individual control over his worker�s compensation award.
The
patient did not want to do that, at which point Hibbard became angry
and
yelled at him. The Board�s document further states that Hibbard
requested the wife to leave, threatening to have the patient
involuntarily committed if she did not.
Further, Hibbard was arrested on December 25, 2008 in the burglary of
her mother�s home. Though Hibbard assured the Fresno police that
she
lived in the house, none of her keys fit the locks; the mother
reported
to police that Hibbard did not have permission to be there, did not
live
there and that she had changed all the locks after Hibbard broke into
the house around Thanksgiving 2008.
Hibbard was thus charged by the Board with dishonest, corrupt or
fraudulent acts and was served a copy of the Board�s accusation and
other documents, to which she failed to respond."
Here is another example of a mental health professional who is a
Ph.D.
psychologist that cannot treat her own behavior. She tried to force
her
patient to sign over his worker's compensation award. Hibbard, who is
suppose to help her patient wanted to take advantage of him. Then
Hibbard in December 25, 2008 was charged with burglary of her own
mother's house and lied to the police when caught but Hibbard's
mother
wanted her arrested and told the truth. This Ph.D. psychologist was
not
able to use psycho-BS to treat her own behavior. Psycho-BS is sold to
the public to make money.

charge. She is at the N.C. Correctional Institute for Women in

Diamond, who was an Army staff sergeant, was convicted of murder and
conspiracy charges at a court-martial in 2001. He, too, is serving a
life sentence.
Neither Theer nor Diamond is eligible for parole.
Capt. Theer was 31 when he died. His grave is at the Air Force
Academy

relationship with the patient.
In its decision of 11 June 2010, the Tribunal found Dr Taylor guilty

practitioner in 2009 and is currently working as an executive coach."
Here is a common crime among health care professional which is having

Peikert.
Peikert, 40, was sentenced to nine months jail, five years of
probation
and 300 hours of community service on charges of fourth-degree
criminal
sexual conduct and illegal use of a computer.
Prosecutors say Peikert became acquainted in 2004 with the victim,
who
was then a 16-year-old Kenowa Hills High School student getting
therapy
at Pine Rest Mental Health Services. At some point, the professional
counseling turned more personal and the victim ultimately was
vacationing with Peikert and living with her.
A jury decided that she did have sexual contact within that time
frame.
As part of her sentence, Peikert must register as a sex offender,
cannot
have contact with the victim and may not use a computer during
probation. She can get out of jail on an electronic tether after
serving
six months. "
This is another case of a mental health professional using the
position
to attain personal information on her client and using it to sex the
client. The judge said Peikert is "possessed by a sexual addiction".
So
why didn't the psycho-BS Peikert was taught helped her behavior or
why
didn't Peikert seek other psycho-BS professional for help? It is

Attorney General William H. Sorrell announced today that Dr. Donald
E.
Sanborn, age 67, of Bellows Falls, Vermont, was sentenced on
September
30, 2009, in Vermont District Court for Windham County, on one count
of
Sexual Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult, a felony, and on one count of
Medicaid Fraud, also a felony.
Judge Karen Carroll sentenced Sanborn to the maximum allowed under
the
plea agreement: The judge said the time Sanborn is in jail will give
the
victim a sense of security she now lacks. �It will provide her with
a
period of time so she can heal,� the judge said. Carroll also
emphasized
that she was sentencing Sanborn to jail to protect this victim and
the
general public, noting the former therapist
had been victimizing patients for more than 30 years."
Donald Sandborn, a therapist who has been "victimizing patients for
more
than 30 years" was allowed to practice "helping" people? How come
Sandborn was allowed to continue with this crooked profession where
the
patient can easily become a victim for so long. The psycho-BS which

Bickelhaupt issued prescription orders to individuals who were not
bonafide patients. They filled the prescriptions at pharmacies in
Topeka
and Lawrence and gave the controlled substances to Bickelhaupt for
his
personal consumption. On occasion, he would compensate them by giving
them cash or controlled substances. For example, he prescribed
Adderall
and Tylenol #3 to individuals for use during parties at his house.
The
Adderall was so they could stay up late and the Tylenol #3 was to
ease
the discomfort of hangovers and withdrawal from using cocaine.
In May 2006, Bickelhaupt wrote an email to a nurse stating that
getting
�drunk� and �high� was his �only� interest and he wanted
to share the
process with friends �socially, at no cost to them.�
Here is a mental health professional who is into drugs. He enjoyed
being
on drugs that is why he did. Bickelhaupt did illegal prescription so
his
party can last all night using Adderall and to help with hangover, he
used Tylenol #3. The guest at his place also had access to cocaine-he

While Rank had no prior criminal record, the medical board had
disciplined him twice before. One time was for having a sexual

controlled substances to a female patient with whom he failed to

The psychiatrist Rank had sex with his patient and when she broke off
their relationship, Rank stabbed Luke with a sword. This is a mental

Multani, the psychiatrist used his knowledge of his patient to have

children. Friedlander wanted to beat the children up first before he

his desire but Friedlander got caught. This is a family therapist who

admitted to lying to an FBI agent about making false Medicare
billings.
Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster said Goldstein engaged in
�upcoding,� a scam whereby he would bill Medicaid for more work
than he
actually performed. Goldstein, for example, would spend five minutes
or
less with a patient and then bill Medicaid for a 20-minute session,
Koster said.
Goldstein also agreed to pay $830,329 to the United States in a
related
civil settlement agreement and be excluded from participation in the
Medicare program for a period of five years. In a separate civil
settlement agreement, Goldstein�s former employer, SSM St. Charles
Clinic Medical Group Inc. and SSM Healthcare Corp. agreed to
reimburse
the United States an additional $865,812 for Goldstein�s false
charges
to Medicare, bringing the total civil recovery from the investigation
to
nearly $1.7 million."
This psychiatrist was caught lying to the FBI in a Medicare probe.
Goldstein engaged in a scam called "upcoding" which allowed him to
bill
Medicare more than the time which he worked. The investigation into
this
psychiatrist allowed the United States to recover close to $1.7
million.
The psych scam industry is out to take advantage of the public so any
recovery is better than none. The psycho-BS which Goldstein sells to

patients did nothing to treat his criminal behavior. Goldstein did

The judge Iwasko was wise to punish the psychologist Cordero to the
strictest possible sentence. It is the law and punishment that keep

victim of Cordero said she was alive so she can see Cordero be
sentenced. This is how bad the psychologist had ruined her. Cordero
was
also convicted of exploiting two other women. The public should
quickly
report anything that is illegal done by a mental health professional

reference to this assertion even if it's true and second I simply

It's obvious that the Tibetan Buddhists are believing too many ghosts
or deities. But that doesn't mean that I'm an atheist which is
probably what you intended to say. But regardless of whether I am an
atheist, I can still see that something with Da Lama and the lamas are
terribly wrong!
1) It's always wrong to be devisive, especially when you're a leader
of a people who don't know a whole lot of what is going on except the
flip-flop of your edicts that they are told they must obey!
2) It's particularly wrong to be devisive when you're a leader of a
homeless people who want to go home and depend on you to lead them
home but you issue edicts which pit one group against another.
3) When you flip-flop on what's right and what's wrong, people
question your authority, your sincerity, your integrity in general.
4) You're an ingrate when you denounce your savior when you no longer
need him.
5) When one preaches compassion, religious freedom, democracy, dialog,
tolerance, and practises the opposite to all these, one is a hypocrite
and a phony.
6) People tend to sympathesize with those who are beaten down. The
Shugden followers are in a bad state. People don't have to love Da
Lama's enemy in order to feel for poor guys he is persecuting. This
is particularly relevant when Da Lama is telling the world to extend
its sympathy toward him and "his people".
How can Da Lama be so mean when he preaches compassion, religious
freedom, democracy, dialog, tolerance!
Of course, anyone with a brain who is kept informed, knows that Da
Lama has a different master than the Buddha.
Da Lama is a stooge for the US government. He allows himself to be
used for the latter's subversive agenda.
He doesn't care about the Palestinian people and doesn't speak out for
their plight. He doesn't condemn the warmongers who plunge the world
into chaos. He didn't speak out when he could and allow hundreds of
thousands to perish in Iraq. He continues to remain silent so that
scores of Afghans and Pakistanis continue to be killed daily. When
you have someone so ludicrously insensitive and disingenuous, you
don't have like the CCP to dislike this person. And just because this
person turns out to be a jackal wearing a sheep's clothing and calls
himself a living Bhudda does not change the story. Da Lama is still
despicable.
I'm not an atheist. Nor do I support the "Shugden cause".
It's just that when you see Da Lama willing to let superstition stand
between his people and the Buddha, you say it doesn't make any sense.

One of Jesus' greatest teachings is: you care for the smallest, the
weakest, the least protected, then you're doing God's work.
In sharp contrast to Tibetan Buddhism in which authority emanates out
in accordance to a strict hierarchy, in which everything has a strict
pecking order like Confucianism which ailed China for thousands of
years until the communists took over China in the middle half of the
last century, Jesus taught egalitarianism where he walked the shore of
the Sea of Galilee among fishermen and broke bread with all kinds of
common people the upper echelon of the Jews despised, including lepers
and prostitutes. Same way with the man who had prepared Jesus way but
felt that he wasn't nearly good enough to do so: John the Baptist.
It was for John the Baptist's criticism of the inequity that existed
in Judea then which aroused Herodias' blood lust enough to want her
daughter Salome to ask her stepfather Herod the Great to serve John's
head on a silver platter to her, after an intoxicating performance she
gave before the ruler and his guests, which probably included Aulus
Vitellius, the future Roman Emperor.
Da Lama is a symbol of inequity. Who would have a summer palace in
addition to the 1,000-room palace in Lhasa? Who would have been so
insensitive to ban the Shugden followers among his Tibetan flock?

West Chapel
This is the chapel that contains the five golden stupas. The enormous
central stupa, 14.85 metres (49 ft) high, contains the mummified body
of the Fifth Dalai Lama. This stupa is built of sandalwood and is
remarkably coated in 3,727 kg (8,200 lb) of solid gold and studded
with 18,680 pearls and semi-precious jewels.[19] On the left is the
funeral stupa for the Twelfth Dalai Lama and on the right that of the
Tenth Dalai Lama. The nearby stupa for the 13th Dalai Lama is 22
metres (72 ft) high. The stupas on both ends contain important
scriptures.

It is not me who came up with the story of a rich Da Lama carrying a
hoard of gold on donkey backs. First, the Wikipedia about the Potola
Palace talks a lot about the gold stupas. It also mentions this:

whole country and everyone in it. In practice, his family directly
controlled 27 manors, 36 pastures, 6,170 field serfs and 102 house
slaves.
The first time he fled to India in 1950, the Dalai s advisors sent
several hundred mule-loads of gold and silver bars ahead to secure
his comfort in exile. After the second time he fled, in 1959, Peking
Review reported that his family left lots of gold and silver behind,
plus 20,331 pieces of jewelry and 14,676 pieces of clothing.
During the fighting, the Dalai Lama fled into exile. This flight is
portrayed by lamaists as a heroic, even mystical, event. But it is now
well-documented that the Dalai Lama was whisked away by a CIA covert
operation. The Dalai Lama's own autobiography admits that his cook
and radio operator on that trip were CIA agents. The CIA wanted him
outside of Tibet as a symbol for a contra-style war against the
Maoist revolution.

Persecution is still persecution. Just because someone has denounced
you (even if it is true) does not give you justification to unleash
an edict to persecute him when you are in a position of power, when
you're a leader.
This is particularly bad for a monk whose own existence depends
vitally on the compassion of others.
But this is even worse when you're retaliating against someone who
once saved your life, as we mortals have been told.
If that someone were a human, you'd be called an ingrate. But if that
someone is actually some god or a saint through official canonization,
then do you really think that you can have a battle with the gods in
your human flesh and have your way?
Or are you trying to fool somebody?
You can't honestly believe that you can have your way against the
gods, unless of course you yourself actually do not believe in this
whole rotten scheme crafted in the Tibetan Buddhism that all these
deities you worship and make material contribution to through the
monasteries which "house" them can result in protection and luck for
you and your family!

You have no ground to say that because first I have never made any
reference to this assertion even if it's true and second I simply
didn't know this at all.
But it shouldn't make any difference whether I'm providing what would
amount to moral support those who are being persecuted. Persecution
is still persecution. Just because someone has denounced you (even if
it is true) does not justify you to unleash an edict to persecute him

and file believers by the leadership of the religious institution.
The conclusion is not pretty: Da Lama and the lamas have committed
something no less than a fraud against the masses through exploitation
of their ignorance if all these talks about Da Lama denouncing a deity
which has in his own words saved his life and Da Lama retiring from
Da-Lamahood when he's still living is true. Da Lama and the lamas
want the masses to believe in something they themselves obviously do
not! They are using the masses for political support, to help get
them back to power. How cruel!

It's obvious that the average Tibetan Buddhists believe in too many
ghosts or deities. But that doesn't mean that I'm an atheist which is
probably what you intended to say. But regardless of whether I am an
atheist, I can still see that something with Da Lama and the lamas is
terribly wrong!
1) It's always wrong to be divisive, especially when you're a leader
of a people who don't know a whole lot of what is going on except the
flip-flop of your edicts that they are told they must obey!
2) It's particularly wrong to be divisive when you're a leader of a
homeless people who want to go home and depend on you to lead them
home but you issue edicts which pit one group against another.
3) When you flip-flop on what's right and what's wrong, people
question your authority, your sincerity, your integrity in general.
4) You're an ingrate when you denounce your savior when you no longer
need him.
5) When one preaches compassion, religious freedom, democracy, dialog,
tolerance, and practices the opposite to all these, one is a hypocrite
and a phony.
6) People tend to sympathesize with those who are beaten down. The
Shugden followers are in a bad state. People don't have to love Da
Lama's enemy in order to feel for poor guys he is persecuting. This
is particularly relevant when Da Lama is telling the world to extend
its sympathy toward him and "his people".
How can Da Lama be so mean when he preaches compassion, religious
freedom, democracy, dialog, tolerance!
Of course, anyone with a brain who is kept informed, knows that Da
Lama has a different master than the Buddha.
Da Lama is a stooge for the US government. He allows himself to be
used for the latter's subversive agenda.
He doesn't care about the Palestinian people and doesn't speak out for
their plight. He doesn't condemn the warmongers who plunge the world
into chaos. He didn't speak out when he could and stood by while
hundreds of thousands perished in Iraq. He continues to remain silent
so that scores of Afghans and Pakistanis continue to be killed daily.
When you have someone so ludicrously insensitive and disingenuous, you
don't have like the CCP to dislike this person. And just because this
person turns out to be a jackal wearing a sheep's clothing and calls
himself a living Bhudda does not change the story. Da Lama is still
despicable.
I'm not an atheist. Nor do I support the "Shugden cause".
It's just that when you see Da Lama willing to let superstition stand
between his people and the Buddha, you say it doesn't make any sense.

years until the communists took over China in the middle half of the
last century, Jesus taught egalitarianism where he walked the shore of
the Sea of Galilee among fishermen and broke bread with all kinds of
common people the upper echelon of the Jews despised, including lepers
and prostitutes. Same way with the man who had prepared Jesus' way
but felt that he wasn't nearly good enough to do so: John the Baptist.
It was for John the Baptist's criticism of the inequity that existed
in Judea then which aroused Herodias' blood lust enough to make her
want John dead. And so he commanded her daughter Salome to ask her
stepfather Herod the Great to deliver John's head on a silver platter
to her, after an intoxicating performance Salome had given before the
ruler and his guests, which probably included Aulus Vitellius, the
future Roman Emperor (see Gustave Flaubert's story Herodias about
Vitellius).
Da Lama is a symbol of inequity. Who would have a summer palace in
addition to the 1,000-room palace in Lhasa? Who would have been so
insensitive to ban the Shugden followers among his Tibetan flock?

as I said before shugden supporters were practicising sectarian
bigotry by denouncing the nyingma sect and also they were guilty of
murdering three of the dalai lama's monks.

Obviously you view the Tibetans as inferior to chinese and although
you despise the west for its imperialism you practice a western
religion. There are 300 million buddhists in china and Tibet. If
Buddhism was so outdated why is it thriving in the modern age. I live
in sonoma county california and there are four large tibetan buddhist
temples here.

For them to hang on to their wealth and privileges through keeping the
overwhelming serf majority ignorant and superstitution so that they
can be thoroughly controled by the ruling class is one reason why it
was a good thing that the CCP came and liberate the people from the
feudal theocracy in Tibet. So, the lamas decided to resist or run
instead of voluntarily giving up the land to the people who work it,

Persecution is still persecution. Just because someone has denounced
you (even if it is true) does not give you justification to unleash
an edict to persecute him when you are in a position of power, when
you're a leader.
This is particularly bad for a monk whose own existence depends
vitally on the compassion of others.
But this is even worse when you're retaliating against someone who
once saved your life, as we mortals have been told.
If that someone were a human, you'd be called an ingrate. But if that
someone is actually some god or a saint through official canonization,
then do you really think that you can have a battle with the gods in
your human flesh and have your way?
Or are you trying to fool somebody?
You can't honestly believe that you can have your way against the

reference to this assertion even if it's true and second I simply

atheist, I can still see that something with Da Lama and the lamas is

1) It's always wrong to be divisive, especially when you're a leader
of a people who don't know a whole lot of what is going on except the
flip-flop of your edicts that they are told they must obey!
2) It's particularly wrong to be divisive when you're a leader of a
homeless people who want to go home and depend on you to lead them
home but you issue edicts which pit one group against another.
3) When you flip-flop on what's right and what's wrong, people
question your authority, your sincerity, your integrity in general.
4) You're an ingrate when you denounce your savior when you no longer
need him.
5) When one preaches compassion, religious freedom, democracy, dialog,
tolerance, and practices the opposite to all these, one is a hypocrite
and a phony.
6) People tend to sympathesize with those who are beaten down. The
Shugden followers are in a bad state. People don't have to love Da
Lama's enemy in order to feel for poor guys he is persecuting. This
is particularly relevant when Da Lama is telling the world to extend
its sympathy toward him and "his people".

West Chapel
This is the chapel that contains the five golden stupas. The enormous
central stupa, 14.85 metres (49 ft) high, contains the mummified body
of the Fifth Dalai Lama. This stupa is built of sandalwood and is
remarkably coated in 3,727 kg (8,200 lb) of solid gold and studded
with 18,680 pearls and semi-precious jewels.[19] On the left is the
funeral stupa for the Twelfth Dalai Lama and on the right that of the
Tenth Dalai Lama. The nearby stupa for the 13th Dalai Lama is 22
metres (72 ft) high. The stupas on both ends contain important
scriptures.
The tomb of the 13th Dalai Lama is located west of the Great West
Hall and it can only be reached from an upper floor and with the
company of a monk or a guide of the Potala. Built in 1933, the giant
stupa contains priceless jewels and one ton of solid gold.
So are you sure that Da Lama didn't haul away some of that "one ton of
solid gold" as he was on donkey back to India?
And where did these riches come from as some 80% of the Tibetans were
serfs until the CCP came?
You should think a little bit about these two questions.
Now, why did they mummify the 5th Dalai Lama instead of giving him a
"sky burial" as the feudal theocracy has preached to the faithful that
it's the way to go for their loved ones? Were the lamas thinking that
the god-king was too good to be eaten up by ravens? Consider the fact
that the 5th Dalai Lama must have lived no more than 500 or so years
ago at a time when the Europeans were already emerging from the Dark
Age, when Leonardo Da Vinci and Albert Duerer were already on the
scene leading humanity into the Renaissance, when Columbus and
Magellan were already convincing the Europeans that the idea of a flat
earth could no longer stand, the social inequity in Tibet under the
lamas was not only stark but on the rise. And it is clear that the
lamas were working hard to accumulate wealth as well as privileges.
For them to hang on to their wealth and privileges through keeping the
overwhelming serf majority ignorant and superstitious so that they
can be thoroughly controlled by the ruling class is one reason why it
was a good thing that the CCP came and liberate the people from the
feudal theocracy in Tibet. So, the lamas decided to resist or run
instead of voluntarily giving up the land to the people who work it,
even ten years after the communists took power in China? Then they
should stay away. There is no room for feudal landlords in the 21st
century, especially not in Tibet, really.

innocent edict cannot be challenged. Yet, the stressful thing is what
the edict was impacting the poor men and women who had to labor in the
deathly gold Himalayan weather, both physically and emotionally, to do
the work and build the theater. It was bad enough that the working
Tibetans had to do the hard outdoor work without being able to enjoy
the fruit of their labor (as Norbulingka, Da Lama's summer palace,
just as it was the case with Potola, is a private residence, not a
public park); it became enbearably distressing when Da Lama and the
lamas had brainedwashed them into believing that their mothers had
reincarnated themselves as worms in the hard cold ground so that the
fulfilling the little god-king's edict actually amounted to disturbing
the peace and injuring the little lowly bodies of their _mothers_.
In other words, it was not enough for the conniving lamas to exploit
the ignorance of the lowly serfs which constituted the vast majority
of the whole Tibetan society in as late as the 1950s in order to keep
them believing that the lowly's place is lowly with this kind of trick
in the form of the transmigration of the soul; it had to be that these
lowly serfs had to be willing to sacrifice their _mothers_ to satisfy
the lamas. Go figure!
Actually the idea of the place the lowly are condemned to hold is
nothing original! It is strictly a copy of the Chinese Confucian
social order. The only surprise is the degree of disingenuousness and
exploitation Da Lama and the lamas were willing to take themselves to
to satisfy their own selfish interests at the expense of others.
They don't even have an ounce of compassion! They are in fact the
most insensitive human beings humanity has witnessed on earth!

about who they were. Here a bunch of lamas with Da Lama at the head
are telling the world they are good people and they are legit so that
you ought to show some compassion for them and help them to regain
control of the land they used to own (at the expense of those who

Since Norbulingka was largely a private enterprise at the public's
expense under the 13th and the 14th Da Lamas, it wasn't too young for
the current Da Lama as a boy to exploit his people, was it?
Now look at this:

b) Da Lamas have preached compassion and the transmigration of the

Yet what happened when it comes time for their own private enjoyment?
They went and killed off the wild animals are drove them out! Now if
there is any poetic justice, it will just be right for these lamas and
Da Lama to be driven out, just as they drove out the wild animals when
they were perceived by these lamas as not serving them! Since Da Lama
and the lamas proclaim to believe in karma, it's hard for see why what
they did to the animals before should apply to them personally now!
