I think you must have misunderstood what I wrote.
I believe all people must die. This phenomenon is known as mortality and we all go through it. I have never supposed that only non-Catholics are susceptible. I also firmly believe that in the end of the day God has little interest in denominations. I don't know if that little piece of theology is of comfort to you, but I hope it is. I consider that petty interdenominational sqaubbling is precisely the sort of bigotted tribal behaviour that brings religion into disrepute. The reality is that they did not travel very far in terms of time standing their velocity. And the reference to "controlled airspace" appears to be misunderstood. Such airspace simply means that it is not available for uncontrolled visual flight rules flight within certain parameters. For example in some parts of controlled airspace, you may fly at certain heights without keeping in radio contact with air traffic control while in other parts keeping in radio contact is mandatory. Controlled airspace does not necessarily mean that an air traffic controller is telling the pilot where and how to fly.
You also say that "the planes flew low with no airports around". Neither of these points is accurate. Standing the close proximity of LaGuardia airport, it would not have been at all surprising that passenger aircraft were flying on the flight path and level that they were. I doubt if anyone had noticed anything unusual until the impact or do you have information to the contrary.
I do not believe that Bush, the Jesuits, or the Jews were responsible for the incidents. The mass of evidence indicates that Osama Bin Laden's organisation was solely responsible for the planning and execution of this outrage.
However, indirectly Bush must carry some blame since American foreign policy and economic policy will not stop the meddling in middle eastern affairs particularly in Saudi, Israel, Afghanistan and now Uzbekhistan and Iraq to mention but a few. This meddling has always been seen as unwanted and provocative. The outcome, which was predictable, is that the middle east is now even more unstable politically, and Al Qaida and Hamas are more popular than ever. The whole thrust of american foreign policy in this area is misguided.

I would be most surprised if Bush thought that. I have always taken him to be a non-Catholic. I am prepared to admit he has a bit of a death wish on the international stage. As to liberty, it is an axiom of political science that politicians like to centralise power onto themselves. You can't really be surprised whem a politician does this. In a sense it is a form of honest to be blatant about it. The fact that at the same time it offends liberty is, as the Angelic Doctor, Thomas Aquinas would have put it, an unwanted double effect. By the way, Aquinas was a Dominican.

It is quite clear that you don't understand the thread started by Joseph Geloso on 4th November 2003. That thread was very controversial and, to paraphrase, is asking how far the Church should go in the self-defence of its adherents. You should have noticed that the original was a question not an assertion. The concensus rightly did not agree with Geloso. Geloso's question encapsulates a view which is utterly unacceptable by any right thinking person. However, as is common with newsgroup threads, a number of persons, usually from the standpoint of ignorance over-reacted to the initial line of argument. Some promulgated the lie that the Catholic church supports the wiping out of non-Catholics. Most of those who did this were clearly opposed to Catholicism. They clearly have an agenda which is to paint the Church in the blackest colours they can invent. The reality is that it is not the policy of the Catholic church to wipe out non-believers. Nor would anyone of sound mind seriously suggest that the Catholic church was behind 911. You have responded to both lies by adopting them and sulking about them for eleven months. Is that not insane?
It quite beggars belief that you, having taken these comments literally (do you believe everything you read in Newsgroups?), should not have been satisfied with venting your frustrations in your own little thread. [This post has my name on it, but I did not write this post. The same one by the name of "Shan" most likely wrote it. Several times people like him have been without conscience enough to fabricate posts as if they were sent by me. In this case you can tell it is not me who posted by the email address. He knows that most would get caught on this. The email address shown there is SWilliams07171964...@hotmail.com. Notice the three (3) "I"s before the "@" sign? My actual email address has two (2) "I"s. Time and time again they showcase how unscrupulous they are and taunt us into thinking they have a real advantage. But we don't desire to be like them. They think their behavior merits more rewards for them in heaven. We know better! But by looking at their talents, and then sitting down and thinking, you would be able to more and more understand what the future is for the world.
Here he calls the name "Ted." He is referring to Ted McMillan, who is a good friend of mine who has had to face them like me.
