So that if the Bush Administration had created a M.A.D. Fleet in year
2000 and sent the M.A.D. Fleet off the coast of Iraq, then the
entry-Invasion into Iraq would have been something as simple as an Iraqi
firing upon the M.A.D. Fleet
and never anything messy and ugly and time-consuming as excuses of
weapons-of-mass destruction or democracy to Iraq or repression or
thousands of other arguments.
The entrance invasion to any rogue country should be a simple test and
determination-- the attack of the M.A.D. Fleet parked off the coast of a
rogue
country. That entitles the M.A.D Fleet to invade and to regime change
and once over with, then a complete withdrawal from the country leaving
the UN to clean up the place.
If Bush had created and used a M.A.D Fleet on Iraq, then the world would
be sitting mostly in clover now instead of this quagmire Vietnam like
situation.
And because the USA is bogged down in Iraq then worse situations such as
NorthKorea and Iran can just go ahead with their roguishness and laugh
while Bush is preoccupied with the day to day horrors in Iraq.
Earth needs a M.A.D. Fleet that is never bogged down and can respond to
various hotspots. In fact we need perhaps 3 M.A.D. Fleets.
And too bad about the UN chores and tasks becoming increased and
multiplied. Ironic when Bush claimed the UN was becoming irrelevant just
before invading Iraq. Because in a M.A.D. Fleet world, the UN has
perhaps the worst job of cleaning up after invaded rogue countries.
But the world is slowly moving to a M.A.D. Fleet Police System. I maybe
50 years ahead of my time in seeing that the world will move into such a
system and network. But the reason I am so anxiously pushing this
concept of keeping the peace around the world is that the M.A.D. Fleet
has the best chances of negating the occurrence of a localized nuclear
war such as Pakistan versus India. When Earth is without the help and
aid and use of a M.A.D. Fleet, the chances of a localized nuclear war
are increased probably more than 10 fold. So that if a M.A.D. Fleet
concept is delayed in creation then I suspect this planet will see a
cataclysm of a localized nuclear war and that either Pakistan and India
or NorthKorea will unleash such a horrible event. And then after the
dust settles, people will be saying-- let us create and implement a
M.A.D. Fleet to curtail
ever the use of nuclear weapons.
Of course, by that time it was just late in coming.
But it seems that is the most likely path that humanity takes, in that
they do not
seek to preempt horrible events, but rather, build preempters long after
the horrible events were committed. Just like the Twin Towers in 2001.
Someone
would talk themselves blue in the face about preempting airplanes used
as missiles into buildings and no-one in Washington would ever listen.
They would
probably call this person a crackpot.
Likewise, the need to preempt localized nuclear wars such as could
easily erupt between Pakistan and India or NorthKorea and the way to
preempt such events is the creation of a M.A.D. Fleet --- that if you
are launching nuclear weapons the M.A.D. Fleet will annihilate the
entire country. And if you construct nuclear weapons such as NorthKorea
and Iran, then the M.A.D. Fleet is parked off your coast for a quick
regime change at the smallest of provokations.

So much worthwhile work to do, so little time, so many fools and clowns.
That entitles the M.A.D Fleet( Me ) to invade and to regime change and once

messes and bodies
Earth needs a M.A.D. Fleet that is never bogged down and can respond to
various hotspots. In fact we need perhaps 3 M.A.D. Fleets. I'll be boss of
all of them,,,,, OK
I maybe 50 years ahead of my time in seeing that the world will move into
such a system and network. But the reason I am so anxiously pushing this
concept of keeping the peace around the world is that the M.A.D. Fleet
has the best chances of negating the occurrence of a localized nuclear
war such as Pakistan versus India. ((( This could only work if the M.A.D.
fleet commanders were appointed by GOD,,, and i think god is a little busy
right now)))))
They would probably call this person a crackpot. (( don't be to hard on
yourself))
The only good thing about this idea,, is that someone out there is trying to
figure something out,,,, MAD Fleet would only work if it came from the UN
and the UN would talk about it for a hundred years. To Late,,,,,,, Keep
trying
The rant above indicates that the UN should run the M.A.D. Fleet. But the
trouble with that is that the UN will itself then become the greatest political
power because it is then the world police.
The USA would be reluctant to lose its status as superpower to that of the UN.
And the USA would try to create a M.A.D. Fleet with a coalition of countries
such as England, Australia, Canada etc.
But inevitably, the UN will own the M.A.D. Fleet because for the organization
that has to enter a country to mopp and clean up after a regime change or after
a
localized nuclear war (Pakistan-India) then inevitably the cleaner-upper would
own both responsibilities.
And although the UN at present is more of a debate society, once it entangles
itself with a M.A.D. Fleet concept, the UN will be transformed into a
"superpower entity" and wield tremendous power.
The Future will have a M.A.D. Fleet in operation, but what I cannot see in my
crystal ball is whether Earth will have a localized nuclear war and then have
M.A.D. or whether humanity is smart and sensible and creates M.A.D to preempt a
localized nuclear war.
Earth has calmed down since the nearly 50 years of Cold War between USSR and
USA and it appears that nuclear war possibilities are diminished. It was M.A.D.
policy itself that defused the Cold War, however, in this vaccuum of a time
period from 1991 to 2003 that Earth is absent of a M.A.D. policy and where the
danger is extremely high that countries not Russia nor USA will use their
nuclear arsenals and for nonnuclear countries to build them on the sly.
So the biggest mistake from 1990 onwards was that the people of Earth let their
guard down by throwing M.A.D. into the trashcan once the Berlin Wall came down.
What humanity should have done was to reform M.A.D. policy into the concept of
M.A.D. Fleet to avert, curb, and disincentive for a localized nuclear
war (eg Pakistan-India, NorthKorea) and to turn the tide of Desire to have a
nuclear arsenal to that of the desire to get rid of nuclear weapons.
Without a M.A.D. Fleet there is every incentive for a poor country or rich
country with the available means to build nuclear weapons. With a M.A.D. Fleet
there will no longer exist that desire.
