Outside the official capacity of The International Human Rights
Research Group (IHRRG), we (hereinafter, “Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume
& Mrs. Maureen Ngozi Ofume”) write to you to request you to show
kindness to return our son, Kleber Odimegwu Ofume to us before
Christmas 2009 or on New Year 2010. Since Kleber was born (01/23/1988)
we have not celebrated Christmas and New Year without Kleber.

Unofficially, officials of the Government of America said that Kleber
was deported in error and others said under political conspiracy
because lawful resident of the US is not removed or deported without
official process and documentation as they have done in Kleber’s case.

All the letters we have been mailing to Mr. President has been in part
diverted to the office of the Vice-President, Joseph Biden and in the
other part received and destroyed.

We know that your intervention to save the people in danger in
different places including the recent incident in Brazil, Harvard
University, etc we request Mr. President to consider unification of
our family by order return of our child, Kleber to us.

Our ordeal and pain as result of the forcible removal of Kleber is
tormenting us minute by minute or momentum of our grieving continues
to ensue from time to time and been worst nightmare for all of us and
draws storm wide array of domestic and international interests.

January 7, 2009 and worst March 10, 2009 thus, in our nuclear family
there is persistent grief and pain following the arrest and
deportation of our dear son, Kleber to Nigeria into the hands of the
cruel government which wants our heads or life terminated reason of
our bid for the President of Nigeria 2007 and 2010. Information sent
by Kleber shows that since March 10, 2009 he has been hiding from
place to place.

Kleber is a hardworking and law abiding kid and the recommendations
issued on him by the community, schools and others bear the testimony
of his astute personality. He was full time student at THE NORTH SHORE
COMMUNITY COLLEGE, LYNN MA and studying Hotel Management (Hospitality)
and aspiring to earn his associate degree in year 2010.

Kleber has no criminal record and no present and past convictions to
warrant deportation or removal from the United States of America.
Parents and siblings are shocked that Kleber was removed on March 10,
2009 which was the date (03/10/2009 at 1.00 p.m.) of his Bail Hearing
in the Immigration Court, Boston, MA

On January 7, 2009 Kleber had our consent, to travel to Immigration
Office in Boston, MA to request Immigration and Customs Enforcement
(ICE) to correct the deliberate mistake which it (ICE) made on his
1-94. The deliberate mistake is that ICE which has multiple ties
with our political opponents wrote his date of birth as January 23,
1998 instead of January 23, 1988. Upon presenting his request, he was
arrested, detained and ex-communicated.

Under almost zero-income, we pleaded to see Kleber to enable us
prepare unrepresented person motion for him to sign and appear before
judge but Suffolk County Detention denied visitation and parents and
other access to Kleber.

Immigration Court refused to file the motion and District Court
Boston, MA refused to order Suffolk County Correction/Detention to
bring Kleber to Court. Pro-bono lawyers/attorneys inside and outside
the court system refused to take Kleber’s case.

Thereafter, we started doing street to street fund raising to retain
paid attorney. We found one (Ms. Nancy Norman) in Lynn, MA and paid
her in full but she connived with Judge Matthew D’Angelo to delay
Bail Motion and she refused to file preliminary motion which is Motion
for Stay of Deportation.

On March 7, 2009 which is three (3) days to deportation, Ms. Norman
spoke about Bail Motion returnable on March 10, 2009 at 1.00 pm
without Motion for Stay of Deportation of Kleber. Painfully, on March
10, 2009 Kleber was deported to Nigeria via Batavia Detention without
processing him through Nigerian diplomatic mission in the United
States. Nigerian diplomatic mission in the United States and Nigerian
government to comment or speak on this matter.

Ms. Nancy Norman and our family:

On February 9, 2009 she had close end negotiation with Dr. Phillip C.
Ofume and she settled at $500.00 but during further negotiation, she
agreed to cut $20.00 and the conclusion of the negotiation was settled
at $480.00. On February 9, 2009 after the negotiation and discussion,
which last for less than 25 minutes, Dr. Ofume paid ($280.00) her
over half of the agreed amount and it was agreed that the balance will
be paid after the bail.

Swiftly, overnight something must have gone wrong because contrary to
the time lime set to pay the balance, within about three days that's
on before February 12, 2009 Office of Ms.Norman telephoned Dr. Ofume
several times pressing him to pay the balance in full and that failure
she will not do the bail. On February 12, 2009 Dr. Ofume rushed the
full balance ($200.OO) to her.

Soon as this money was paid there was story that she has a problem and
that she will not be in the office for two weeks. During this long
exit, she wrote letter demanding $500.00 before she will start the
bail motion. We were shocked that she has demanded for extra money
after we had paid her in full and when her delay amounted to the
deportation of Kleber, Dr. Ofume requested for full refund and she
threaten him that she will deal with him including call police on
him.
We proceeded to Lynn District Court (Small Claim) to collect our
$480.00 from Ms. Norman and this court allowed her to walk away with
our money and child. Color/race means a lot in Mass state and federal
Courts. Now in Mass there is huge escalation of these policies and
practices.

Prior to retaining Ms. Norman, we filed several motions for stay of
deportation with BIA, Immigration Court and District Court to stay
deportation of Kleber and our family pending any immigration case
against our family.

Notwithstanding, that on October 16, 2007 the government of America
lost the immigration charge [212(a)(7) (A)(i)(I)] against our family,
on October 16, 2007 Judge D’Angelo used expired biometric test
against our family and denied all relief.

Biometric test expired at the instance of the Immigration Court and
Judge D’Angelo because they refused to write, sign, stamp and release
simple phrase, “BIOMETRIC TEST IS REQUIRED IN THIS CASE” requested by
the Nebraska Service Center before the center can issue date to enable
our family redo the test.

For over seven (7) months with unapproved attorney, Judge D’Angelo
heard our case in two secret courtrooms located in Florida and
Massachusetts without NOTICE TO APPEAR on us. To hide the discussion
on shared responsibility on how we can redo the biometric test,
Immigration Court and Judge D’Angelo created June 4, 2007 whereas the
hearing was June 5, 2007. FBI was requested to investigate this case
without action take to commence this investigation. See
