U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Louise Arbour is Destructively
Insane by Definition of {HRI 20030205}
As U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Louise Arbour REVERSES
cause and effect, she might well be a Criminal Mind, too.
"International human rights and humanitarian law imposed a series of
constraints on all states 'with [the exception of all dictatorial
states, the states that cause and maintain the terror in the first
place, but else] no exception'," said Arbour, a lawyer who formerly
served as U.N. war crimes prosecutor and a Canadian Supreme Court
judge.
This individual, a former Canadian judge, is wholly insane as regards
her job and the position she claims to hold and is paid to hold.

We don't want to pay, for her, Louise Arbour, thus DESTROYING Human
Rights globally, and we don't want to pay Kofi Annan, for DESTROYING
the United Nations Organization, and global peace as well,
by favoring and treating "as equal," as "having a vote," terrorist and
dictatorial states and supporting their lies and hiding their terrorist
activities. (*)
I rather support a United Nations where DECENT, SANE people are in
charge - sane and decent as defined by HRI, meaning, correctly.

Assigning the wrong causes to things.

faces that want fast and lasting remedies and progress for
all).

from mildly insane on a few subjects - as also the wisest
amongst us are -
to crippling-ly insane on one subject, or maybe on many subjects,
and very much further down, to the intention and practice of
wanting to make and to keep others insane on as many subjects as

by enforcing the inability to perceive or determine the
right causes.

To put it all in one sentence:
According to the intention with which others recognize such
insanities - or fail to recognize them - there is humor and the
various types and flavors of humor.
And you have, of course, also insane and ugly humor, from
some individuals who try to make "fun" of the correct
assignment of causes, and who do so in order to have
those correct assignments of (themselves being detected
for instance as) cause not accepted as true and correct.

It is hilarious to assign very obviously the wrong causes to
things, and to go about it very seriously, as if you really do
not know better at all.
It is so popular with people, because it matches reality - it
matches the world we live in,

immersed in the continuous assignment of wrong causes to
the things that are happening to us or that are happening
to others in the world.

I didn't notice a credible citation for the statement. I find the remarks in
parenthesis dubious (if not ridiculous) at best. What makes you believe that
other people are as gullible as you are and accept such third rate tripe as
bona fide?
