chopped off the head of his wife. Her fault? She dared to ask for a
divorce from her husband Muzammil Hasan. But according to the Quranic
verses a wife is a property of her man – husband. So, by asking the
divorce and resorting to the Western justice system to seek
protection from her owner - husband she had dishonored his
reputation and, most importantly, the Islamic code of conduct as a
property of a man. The reaction of her hubby was quick and decisive-
within a couple of minutes his wife's head rolled to his feet.
