between every country's invisible personnel (involved agents, police &
recruited civilian operatives) of surveillance station/system
Based on inside information from Taiwan former President Chiang Kai-Shek,
Taiwan's invisible personnel have secret agreement with US invisible
personnel (involved agents and police) to assist each other for unlawful life
control on their citizens abroad. I had reported it on internet since 1994.
Their secret agreement was used for collecting intelligence information and
secret help to spy on their overseas citizens. After US successfully
developed invisibility technology to use on human and transferred it to
foreign countries (which has secret agreement with US, e.g. Taiwan), the
secret agreement between every country's invisible personnel had become more
corrupted. Why? The secret agreement is not only used for collecting
intelligence information and secretly help to spy their overseas citizens
on host country anymore. Their secret agreement had further allowed foreign
overseas involved agents and police to use invisibility technology and host
country's equipment to directly spy and control their citizens' lives aboard.
How could all become this? Because after using invisibility technology, no
one can limit these invisible personnel's activities. So, there is no national
border between every country's invisible personnel.
Since US had secret agreement with most foreign countries (no matter the
country is capitalism, or communism, an ally or enemy), US involved agents
and police (invisible personnel) become the axis of international invisible
personnel group. Under US invisible personnel's direction and transfer
illness/death inducing techniques to foreign invisible personnel, every
country's invisible personnel unlawfully control everyone's life at home and

to prove that beside Taiwan, US had similar secret agreement with other
foreign country.

Even today, a World War II intelligence-swapping deal continues to invade the
privacy of Americans --by Alan M. Dershowitz.
A recent book by two recognized experts on international spying, John Lofus
and Mark Aarons, has disclosed an intelligence scam that should frighten every
American who loves liberty and value privacy. It all began back in the bad old
days of J. Edgar Hoover, who was in charge of the FBI from 1924 until his
death in 1972. It should come as no surprise to anyone who is familiar with
Hoover's sordid history of political blackmail, extortion and personal
corruption that the "hero" after whom FBI headquarters is named would go to any
lengths to assemble secret dossiers on Americans who disagree with him.
During World War II, President Roosevelt allowed British intelligence to
establish
"listening posts' within our borders, in exchange for the British allowing us
the same privilege over there. At war's end, nobody bothered to repeal this
handy-dandy arrangement, and Hoover saw a wonderful opportunity to expand his
information-gathering.
Together with James Foorestal, the paranoid-schizophrenic Secretary of Defense
who eventually jumped to his death from a psychiatric ward, Hoover arranged for
British intelligence to bug US citizens in exchange for the FBI bugging British
citizens. The intelligence services would then simply swap their information.
This
clever criss-cross scam assumed increasing significance over the years, as the
courts and legislatures made it difficult for FBI to snoop on Americans in the
name of "national security". The FBI responded to these legal restrictions by
circumventing them. Hoover simply expanded his 'you spy on mine, I'll spy on
yours' deal to other friendly intelligence agencies, and the snooping went on.
The key, of course, is that since the spying is done by the foreign
intelligence Agency allegedly for its own intelligence- gathering purposes, no
search
warrant is sought, even if the target is an American citizen. According to the
intelligence sources quoted by Lofus and Aarons, this scam persists even in
an age when sophisticated electronic monitoring makes it possible for
intelligence agencies to tap virtually every phone call, fax and e-mail (see
details on Part III-E-World global spy network revealed-by Andrew Bomford of
BBC Radio 4's PM programme).
The British intelligence agencies have become "a permanent fixture" at the most
sophisticated electronic surveillance station in the United States.
It is ironic that, we are conspiring with the intelligence establishment of
other
nations to deprive our citizens of a right guaranteed by our Constitution.
The first step must be for Congress to learn exactly what is happening within
the
deep recesses of our intelligence community. We can no longer allow ourselves

The U.S. government has the most powerful military, intelligence, and law-

After WWII, US involved agents and police secretly transferred invisibility
technology and illness/death inducing techniques to foreign country (that
had secret agreement with US). This type of secret agreement had become more
corrupted because it further allows the foreign overseas LEO and operatives

First, they developed many illnes/death inducing techniques in 1960s.
Second, based on Army War College's article on 1998 (same source as above),
psychotronic weapons that are used for life control developed all over globe.
Third, according to an article's report in New Scientist supplement (on
November 1995), it mentioned about "computers in Belgium that contain details
of the lives of every person on earth."
It appears that the INTERPOL's branch (anti money laundry center) in Belgium
must had been secretly used by these involved police/invisible personnel. On
surface,
the international cooperation is only used by real law enforcement officers
to pursue drugtraffickers or money laundry for every country.
But, the involved police/invisible personnel also secretly use it to track
every citizen's lives/health information from home to abroad.
The goal is to make sure that everyone are unknowing for their lives/health
being unlawfully controlled or manipulated. Because most invisible personnel
have become corrupted after they unlawfully have the absolute power to secretly
control everyone's lives with illness/death inducing techniques.
What is the invisibility technology? According to inside information from
former
Taiwan President Chiang Kai-Shek, the invisibility technology of Philadelphia
Experiment has been developed successfully to use on human after WWII by
US Navy. After using invisibility technology on the personnel and their
equipment, they will become invisible, tiny and can levitate. The tiny
invisible personnel and weapon are unsuitable for military use, it has been
transferred
for use in surveillance system. In 1950s, this invisibility technology was
transferred to Taiwan's surveillance system. Based on the levitated ability
of invisibility technology and wearing a propulsion device on back, every
invisible personnel can move as a flying ant (equipped with weapons & mind
machine). Thus, the invisible personnel can gently fly onto a victim's head
to read one's mind and mind control him without the victim's knowledge. Also,
they can gently land on a target's body (near any organ) to induce
illness/death without most victims' knowledge (But so far, they still cannot
explain why
humans become tiny in the electromagnetic field).
The unlawful life control surveillance system's establishment is based on
atheism & materialism Why? I would use Taiwan's unlawful life control as
example to explain it in details. Chiang Ching-Kuo was the head of Taiwan
intelligence agencies and internal security in 1950s. As a former communist
(during his days in Soviet Unions), Chiang Ching-Kuo still clung on to its'
atheistic and materialistic beliefs. It means he believed that human is
purely composed of materials without soul and God doesn't exist. So, the
concept of reward and punishment after death for one's deeds in the life
would not be a factor in his decision. As an atheist with considerable power,
Chiang Ching-Kuo would not have any problem about doing something bad if he
felt he could get away with it in life. So, he used invisible personnel in
conjunction with psychotronic weapons and illness/death inducing techniques
to create an unlawful life control surveillance system in Taiwan in the 1950s.
Chiang Ching-Kuo kept the secret of unlawful life control and invisibility
technology from all other Taiwanese officials (including the President Chiang
Kai-Shek, Vice President, Premier, and his brother Chiang Wei-Kuo). The only
other people on Taiwan who knew of it were the invisible personnel themselves
and those officials directly involved with them. President Chiang Kai-Shek
only
became aware of invisibility technology because of a loyal intelligence agent
who
secretly notified him of it after the invisible personnel injured his knee (see

system in
Taiwan was secretive and evil, it would most likely also be secretive and evil

other countries because these invisible personnel is a secret international

advance their own unlawful interests and power against their governments.
Here is an example to prove that invisible personnel's secret cooperation
already betray their own country.
For example, in 1987, Taiwan government partially lifted a travel ban allowing
Taiwan's citizens to visit to Mainland China via a third country. Taiwan and
China has been hostile toward each other since the 1949 Chinese Civil War.
Even
with the hostility between the two governments, Taiwan and China's invisible
personnelarranged secret cooperation agreements. Taiwan's invisible personnel
are allowed to enter into China to unlawfully control Taiwan citizen's lives
in China (and vice versa). Why can this secret cooperation on unlawful life
control between China's and Taiwan's invisible personnel can be easily
achieved?
Because they have secretly cooperated in the US for unlawful life control for
decades through US invisible personnel's arrangement. This secret cooperation
on unlawful life control are mostly under US local police chief's arrangement
or supervision. Why?
In the US, involved local police not only use invisibility technology, but they
also have mind control device and psy (nonlethal) weapons. So, the local police
station is the secret mind control basic unit and involved police (& recruited
civilian operatives) secretly use illness/death inducing techniques to
unlawfully
control local Americans' lives. Also, they (US invisible personnel) allow
foreign
invisible personnel in the US to secretly recruited naturalized US citizens
(who
originated from the same country as the foreign operatives). Why would
involved US
police and agents secretly allow foreign invisible personnel to recruit
naturalized
US citizens to be invisible operatives? The recruited naturalized citizens
(exist
in different careers but mostly are small stores' owners/managers, some are
workers)
will become foreign invisible operatives. But they not only work for foreign
invisible personnel, they would also work for the involved US police and agents
for
free at their spare time. Thus, local involved police and agents (invisible
personnel)
can secretly increase their available manpower at no cost (if involved local
agent or
police directly recruit a naturalized citizen to become a operative, they will
pay
money for it). For example, according to Washington Post reports on 4/10/03,
recently, a double agent case has been linked with a naturalized citizen and
local
small store' owner.
The involved FBI agent recruited a female naturalized citizen (who was from
mainland China and a bookstore's owner) to spy on Red China. However, she
became a double agent and the involved former agent became a traitor. This case
is
the tip of iceberg. Because after secret using invisibility technology, local
involved
agents, police and their recruited operatives had been seriously corrupted.
They
dare to commit different crimes because they believe that invisible personnel
will
know anything in advanced and then can help to cover-up their crimes. So,
although the double agent Katrina M. Leung will deny, I believe that she must
be
also an invisible operatives. That's why their crimes of treason can last
twenty
years.
Under such kind of corruption and secret cooperation, local invisible personnel
(involved agents, police, recruited operatives, and recruited double agents)
never
actively investigate spies because they are accustomed to betray their own
country
to advance their unlawful interests and life control power. Also, local police
station
become the intelligence information secret exchanging & collecting center of
different countries' invisible personnel.
Using the secret cooperation on unlawful life control with China's invisible
personnel, Taiwan's civilian invisible operatives (who are recruited from
business
stores or had retired from government) can enter the China to secretly spy on
their
overseas citizens and control their lives in China and vice versa. Under their
secret cooperation, Taiwan's invisible operatives murdered Chiang Ching-Kuo's
illegitimate son, Dr. Winston (Xiao-Ci) Zhang, with cerebral hemorrhage
inducing technique while Dr. Chang was in Beijing, China (see details on

There is an article written by Col. John Alexander that also proves that
invisibility technology must have been used by involved nonlethal weapons
users to secretly harass Americans.
In the notorious 1980 article "The New Mental Battlefield" in Military
Review, John Alexander stated that "The ability to ..cause disease can be
transmitted over distance, thus inducing illness or death for no apparent
cause." "The use of psychotronic weapons would be able to induce illness
or death at little or no risk to the operator. The psychotronic weapon
would be silent, difficult to detect and would require only a human operator

the
secret of unlawful life control from leaking, Col. Alexander didn't explain
that
why "The psychotronic weapon .. require only a human operator as power source."
So, to avoid the public confusing on it ,
I will explain it in details with two main points.
First, it is related with invisibility technology:
Based on John Alexander's own words, it proves that when using these
weapons, they require human operators to be physically present (in scene) to
power the weapon and equipment as power source. Thus, when the victims hear
"microwave voices", or are attacked by so-called nonlethal weapons (e.g.
microwave, radio-frequency weapon), there must be some human operators at
same place (scene) as their victims to power their microwave voice device
and weapons. However, according to victims' reports (see details on following
source), all victims who complained of being "zapped by radio waves" or
heard "voices" never saw anybody use microwave voice device, or weapons
against them where they were victimized.

Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an employee of
a
local power company that, if she valued the lives of her children, she would
drop
her public opposition to the company's installation of high power lines. Since
receiving that threat, the individual's 11-year-old daughter has been reduced
to
extremes of pain, resulting in her recurrent hospitalization for treatment of
illnesses which cannot be diagnosed. It is also apparent to this individual
that
her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of externally-induced auditory
("hearing" microwave voices - Alan Yu note) input.
*Refusal of the FBI to intervene in any of the cases brought to our attention
thus far.
FBI spokesmen do acknowledge that they have received a large number of
requests for assistance from "mentally disturbed persons" who believe that they
are being "zapped by radio waves" and/or "are hearing voices..."
"* Refusal and/or inability of local police to intervene. The tendency of local
police
is to dismiss an individual's complaints of government harassment as the
ravings of a "fruitcake." In one case, discussed above, it is apparent that
one police officer is actively cooperating in the harassment.

Why didn't the above victims see anybody attack them with psychotronic
weapons? The reason is because the psychotronic weapons users also used
invisibility technology to become invisible and tiny before attacking their
victims.
As mentioned earlier, in the Nov/Dec 1993 issue of the periodical Microwave
News, it is reported that Col. Alexander chaired a top secret conference which
prepared "leading law enforcement officials for the use of psychotronic
mind-control weapons." By examining Col. Alexander's comments, the activities
concerning psychotronic weapons, and the victims' experiences, it becomes
obvious
that local police and involved FBI agents have been using invisibility
technology in
tandem with psychotronic weapons.
However, to prevent the invisibility technology from being leaked to society,
these victims had been falsely accused of being "mentally disturbed" (like
above reported cases). Based on MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec 1993
reported, State and local law enforcement have obtained so-called nonlethal
weapons (infrasound, microwave weapon, radio-frequency, etc.) and mind

victims cannot get help from local police and FBI because the harassment
could be caused by some of local involved FBI agents and police (including
University police) with invisibility technology.
Also, the following information tells that Col. John Alexander is dedicated to
the development of technologies (including advanced nonlethal weapons and mind
reading technology) for invisible personnel/warriors.

Second, it is related with unlawful life control:
Now, I want to explain that why the silent, lethal psychotronic weapon
would require only a human operator as a power source.
According to _The Mind Has No Firewall" by Timothy L. Thomas Parameters, US
Army War College Quarterly, Spring 1998, (Vol. XXVIII, No. 1), A
psychotronic generator, can be used to "produces a powerful electromagnetic
emanation capable of being sent through telephone lines, TV, radio networks,
supply pipes, and incandescent lamps."
Using a psychotronic generator (technology like power beaming system),
invisible personnel can activate & power concealed devices/emitters installed
in people's homes/offices, cars, boats, planes, and public buildings (school,
hospital, shopping center, banks, stores, light poles, etc.) to attack the
target from the scene (within a short distances of invisible personnel).
It means that in current society, many household appliance became hidden
emitters and
exist in citizens'homes/workplaces, vehicles, or public buildings, banks,
shopping center, business stores, etc. These electronic and radiation hidden
emitters are in household appliances (e.g. monitor, TV, radio networks,
microwave oven, incandescent lamps), telephone lines, supply pipes, light
poles, lawn mowers, cars, boats, planes, etc. . Thus, there are always
psychotronic weapons surrounding a citizen, no matter where the citizen is.
Thus, if they want to attack a target, it only needs an operator who use a
psychotronic generator (as power source) to power the hidden emitters
(psychotronic weapons) and attack the target from the target's home/workplace,
vehicle, or from a bank, shopping center, light poles, etc. Who can use a
psychotronic generator to power these weapons to attack a target at his
home/workplace, vehicle, etc. without the victim's knowledge? The answer is
that only the invisible personnel can.
Obviously, under such kind of circumstance, involved nonlethal weapon users
unlawfully control everyone's lives with invisibility technology.
Thus, foreign overseas invisible personnel can directly spy their overseas
citizens' activities and unlawfully control their lives (with illness/death
inducing
techniques). Furthermore, US involved agents and police secretly invited
enemy-country's-involved agents and police to join this international life
control
surveillance system in order to extend their power to every country of the
world. Thus, this unlawfully international life control surveillance system
was established by US involved agents & police (those related to the
surveillance station/system). Why would these foreign (including friendly &
hostile
countries) involved agents & police like to join the unlawful life control
surveillance system? That's because their first goal is to pursue their own
interests & power but not to pursue the interests of any country.
Why would the foreign involved LEO (including enemy countries) of surveillance
system accept this secret agreement to oppose their own country's law?
The short answer is that the international life control surveillance system
can offer these invisible personnel (involved agents, police & operatives)
absolute power to unlawful control the lives of their citizens (from the
President
to civilians) at home and abroad. This is because these involved agents, police
&
operatives can use invisibility technology to secretly enter any target's
home/office, vehicle, etc. to keep him under close surveillance and unlawful

This kind of the cooperation between these countries is the result of the
corrupted

Because the criminal international life control cooperation help these
invisible personnel unlawfully control everyone's lives at home and abroad. .
This secret life control power has made these invisible personnel (involved
agents, police & recruited operatives) of many countries to become similar
a mob's family members of the "international life control organization/gang."
How could these invisible personnel in different countries become similar
as mob's family members of life control group?
Because they have common interests, keep same secrets, commit same crimes
of murders and pursue same unlawful life control power. The above facts
binds them together like an international criminal gang's members. I would

1. These invisible personnel of every country pursue the same unlawful power:
they secretly pursue to unlawfully control every citizen's health, life with
nonlethal

2. They committed the same crimes of murder: even in a democratic country,
When the invisible personnel pursue their unlawful interests and power, they
dare to secretly induce illness/death on anyone. Why?

intruder, no signs of external injury on victim's body, and no evidence of a

For example, When protect their unlawful interest, US invisible personnel
had betrayed the public officials, judges and unlawfully induced deaths on

Reagan to have the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease to prevent him from

hemorrhage inducing technique to damage Bush Presidential campaign in 2000

3. They kept the same top secrets: To protect their unlawful life control power
without public' knowledge, these invisible personnel keep many technologies as
top secrets and will not allow others to know. These secret technology include
invisibility technology, mind machine, microwave voice device, mind control
technology and tactics. These countries' involved LEO/invisible personnel also
cooperate on internet to falsely accuse a target (who expose their secret
technology) as insane, or falsely claim that an induced illness/death is caused
by nature (e.g. cerebral hemorrhage). The goal is to use more lies from
different country to deny the truth in order to keep their common secret
technology without public's knowledge.
4. To pursue their common interests and unlawful life control power, the
foreign
overseas invisible personnel will assist host country's invisible personnel to
induce illness/death on their target.
Thus, these invisible personnel will assist foreign invisible personnel to
become secret ruling class in every country to pursue the invisible personnel's
world." The invisible personnel will only treat every country's invisible
personnel, or overseas foreign invisible personnel (who also use the
invisibility technology) as their "family members of the international life
control gang group" (the only people that they can trust). They will not trust
others who don't use invisibility technology.
The above facts prove that these invisible personnel pursue same unlawful life
control power, commit same crimes of murder, protect same unlawful interests,
keep same secrets and are all afraid same thing that they murdered others with

When the invisible personnel's interests is against their country's interest
and law,
the country's interests and law will be disregarded. As a group, the ultimate
goal of invisible personnel is to be able to secretly control every country of
the world.
When this is accomplished, the "criminal life control group/gang" will have the
power to allow or stop anyone from gaining major political power in any
country.
The involved agents and police can secretly use mind control tactics to
influence the media and the public, so someone who does not have their
endorsement, even if he is famous and popular, has a lesser chance of being
elected to public office.
First example, after OKC Bombing, Representative Charles Key and OKC citizens
believed involved agents had prior knowledge on OKC Bombing but didn't notify
federral employees in OKC building. So, they petition a grand jury to
investigate
this case. It caused involved agents & police (invisible personnel) to deny
and
anger on Mr. Key. Mr. Key had been falsely accused as insane. Although recent
AP (2/11/03) reports prove that "two federal agencies had prior knowledge on
OKC Bombing", Mr. Key already lost his re-election.
Second example, in the 2000 Presidential election, US invisible personnel would
like to
see AL Gore to win the election. Why? Because Bill Clinton had no knowledge on
involved agents and police's (invisible personnel's) corruption and crimes.
Thus,
these invisible personnel had secretly allowed many terrorists' attacks to
happen in
order to create terrors and chaos then advance their unlawful interests and
power.

police's
equipment, unaware Clinton gave more funding to involved agents and police. So,
involved agents and police (invisible personnel) very liked Bill Clinton
because they
could expand their manpower and obtained more lethal weapons. But, they didn't
use the psychotronic weapons against terrorists and drugtraffickers.
Furthermore,
involved local police & agents (invisible personnel) abused these psychotronic
weapons to seriously control everyone's life anywhere (from one's home/office,
vehicle, etc. to public building). They had betrayed the public officials and
induced
illness on former President Reagan in 1994, induced Florida Governor Lawton
Chiles to have cerebral hemorrhage in 1995 and murdered him with
radio-frequency weapon in 1998 (see Part II-C1, C2 of my web, or
http://members.aol.com/alanyu5/part2c2.htm). Also, to
promote gun control, invisible personnel (local involved police & recruited
operatives) had betrayed the public and used mind control device to drive some
violent students to commit murders (1997 Mississippi , 1998 Oregon, 1999
Colorado school shootings -see Part II-D1, D2, D4, or
http://members.aol.com/colonelyu/part2d1.htm ).
Beside adding more gun control laws, unaware Clinton didn't know that the above
incidents must had been caused by local involved police, agents (invisible
personnel) and their recruited invisible operatives. Thus, invisible personnel
became
more corrupted and number murdered by them increased drastically during the
Clinton's Administration. So, when the 2000 Presidential election started,
invisible
personnel wanted Al Gore to win. Why? They believed that Al Gore would
continue Clinton's policy on gun control, increasing police manpower, and
transferring advanced military psychotronic weapons to them. This policy would
help advance the invisible personnel's secret goal of unlawful life control.
Thus,
invisible personnel tried to damage George Bush's Presidential campaign in
2000.
After the Presidential election concluded, we find that the invisible personnel
(involved agents, police & recruited civilian operatives) of surveillance
station/system have done three things to damage Bush's Presidential campaign.
First, they murdered Senator Paul Coverdell with cerebral hemorrhage inducing
technique in Atlanta. Senator Coverdell had been busy preparing for the
Republican
National Convention, which begins in Philadelphia in two weeks. The senator
Coverdell "had reported no serious health problems in the past. Staff described
his
sudden illness as a shock." Obviously, Senator Paul Coverdell's cerebral
hemorrhage must be caused by invisible personnel (see details on Part II-C3 of
my
website). So, the induced hemorrhage resulted in uncontrollable swelling in the
brain, causing pressure on vital areas regulating consciousness, breathing,
pulse and
blood pressure. Senator Coverdell died on 7/18/2000 and it was weeks before the
Republic National Convention to start.
Second, during Election 2000, the video-tape of George W Bush debate
preparation was sent to Al Gore's Presidential campaign. A secret mole (she
could
be an invisible operatives who hid in Republic Party) mailed the videotape of
Bush's debate preparation to Gore campaign HQ. She could be an invisible
personnel's operative because smuggling this video is an obstruction of federal
election. This is a serious crime and one would only commit crime for one's own
benefit. Unless this mole was an operative of invisible personnel, she could
not
directly benefit from this crime.
Third, Bush DUI record was exposed just 4 days before the election. Obviously,
the invisible personnel (involved police & operatives) would leak the date of
the
DUI record to a lawyer. Then, the lawyer made a copy of DUI record and
arranged a female police to tell a news reporter. So, the news reporter
mistakenly
believed that she "accidentally" found out about it. After seeing the proof,
the she
reported the story. Since invisible personnel can secretly collect accurate
information and a female police has intentionally used a TV reporter to break
this
story, it appears that invisible personnel (involved police & agents)
intentionally
wanted to prevent Mr. George W Bush from winning the Presidential election (see
details on Part II-A8 of my website).
After examining these incidents, it is obvious that these invisible personnel
had
interfered with George W Bush's 2000 Presidential campaign at several crucial
time. Thus, it has caused me to conclude that the invisible personnel (involved
agents, police & recruited civilian operatives) of surveillance station/system
had
intentionally damaged George W Bush Presidential campaign in Election 2000.
Their actions had prevented President George W Bush from winning the popular
votes and almost prevented him from winning the election. This incident proves
that invisible personnel will secretly manipulate an important election to
advance
their unlawful interests.
Following cases are solid evidences to prove that invisible personnel had
committed treason against the US.

The hidden emitters in private cars & public transportation can be remotely
controlled within a short distance by the nearby invisible personnel's
psychotronic generator to emit low frequency electromagnetic radiation to
induce sleep on the driver.
These emitters mostly are in common electronic parts installed in cars,
household appliances which must have been re-designed and can be remotely
powered to beam microwave radiation or radio-wave within a short distance.
Some of these kinds of emitters ( household appliances- e.g. TV, computer
monitor, lamp, car's signals. high beam, etc.) can be remotely powered in a
short distance to emit microwave radiation or strong electromagnetic wave.
Some of emitters (e.g. car's high beam) can be powered to emit powerful
radio-wave to induce heart-attack.
Thus, after these invisible personnel carry the psychotronic generator and
secretly enter a victim's car, they can induce "heart attack" through the
concealed emitter of high beam to kill a senior driver. The psychotronic
generator also can emit low frequency electromagnetic radiation through the
steering column (see details on Part I-E1, E2 of my website) to force the
driver to fall asleep while driving to cause a car accidents. So, these victims
can be secretly killed by the invisible personnel as if they died of natural
causes.
Based on above report, the victim's son suspects that the accident might be
related with his research (The son suspected the car accident was caused by
some conspirators who did not wanted to see the research to go forward).
The above cases has proven that the car accident occurred shortly after
victim's car had undergone routine maintenance.
How could the victim get into a car accident? It must not be caused by
mechanical failure because the car had just undergone routine maintenance.
Nor could it be cause by driver's fatigue from long distance travel since she
was returning from a dentist appointment. So, what could have caused this car
accident?
Considering facts of this case, my deduction is below.
The nonlethal weapon users (involved police & agents)/invisible personnel can
direct invisible operatives to enter the victim's car with a special
psychotronic
generator. The operatives use psychotronic generator produce the low
frequency electromagnetic radiation through the electric lines of horn (in
the steering column) to the head of the driver. This caused the driver
"falling asleep" and occurred the car accident.
Furthermore, according to the reported case, eyewitness mentioned that the
victim had stepped on accelerator before running out the road.
Why would the victim step on the accelerator instead the brakes (at that
moment)?
That's because before the low frequency electromagnetic radiation was
attacked at the driver's head, she was stepping on accelerator to drive her
car (A driver's foot is usually keeping on accelerator during driving).
Although these invisible personnel secretly entered the victim's car and use
the
psychotronic generator to remotely emit the low frequency electromagnetic
radiation on the driver (through the steering column) to force her falling
asleep, the victim was able to momentarily regain her consciousness. Why ?
Because the invisible personnel found that the victim had been emitted low
frequency electromagnetic radiation to fall asleep and would have a car
accident soon. Thus, these invisible personnel stopped to use the psychotronic
generator to continually power the hidden emitter and quickly
flew away the car to avoid themselves being injured in a car accident. Thus,
the victim got chance to regain the consciousness after the low frequency
electromagnetic radiation was stopped attacking on her (the invisible personnel
originally used the psychotronic generator to send low electromagnetic
radiation on her through the steering column). However, after the victim
regained the consciousness, she found that her car was approaching the cliff.
Thus, she was trying to stop her car by stepping the brakes.
Unfortunately, she made a big mistake and step on the accelerator (instead
of the brakes) and ran off the road. That's because she did not fully awake
(after she was force to "fall asleep" with the low frequency electromagnetic
radiation) and then totally forgot that her foot was still on the accelerator
(it
proves she didn't really fully regain consciousness).
Furthermore, in the emergency situation, victim only has a split second
remaining to stop her car. Thus, she simply tried to step on the brakes as hard
as she could. However, she mistakenly stepped on accelerator. Why?
Under such kind of condition, a normal, conscious driver will always first move
his foot from the accelerator to the brakes before he try to step on brakes for
stopping his car. That's because a driver's foot is usually on the accelerator
lightly when one is driving.
Unfortunately, this female victim totally forgot that her foot was still on the
accelerator to continuously drive on road. That's because she had been attacked
with low frequency electromagnetic radiation to fall asleep. Although she
awoke in a moment, she did not fully regain consciousness. Therefore, the
semi-conscious victim didn't move her foot to the brakes from the accelerator
as usual (which a normal driver would have done if she is fully conscious).
That's because the command of stepping on the brakes was issued by an
unconscious brain when the victim tried to step on brakes.
Thus, when the unconscious victim thought that she stepped on the brakes as
hard as she could to stop the car, she actually only stepped on the accelerator
and caused herself to run off the road. Thus, "witnesses state that it appeared
that she had suddenly stepped on the accelerator before running off the road."
Why can I solve the above case?
The main reason is that I also have the same experiences of being attacked
with low frequency electromagnetic radiation from steering column by the
nearby invisible personnel who secretly entered my car. These local invisible
personnel have tried to kill me with staging car accident many times because
I know the invisible personnel's crimes of treason, murders, mind controlling
others to kill and other crimes. So, I have the same experiences of above
victim who was also induced to fall asleep at the wheel. Although I had
enough rest with good health before driving, I was suddenly "knocked"
unconscious while driving on the highway within one hour;then I momentarily
regained consciousness and found that I was no longer driving in my lane.
How did I regain consciousness under this situation?
The invisible personnel who secretly entered my car and used psychotronic
generator to emit the low frequency electromagnetic radiation on my head
(through the electric lines in steering column) had flown away.
They left because they found that I had been knocked unconscious and would
have a car accident soon.
Thus, to avoid themselves being hurt in a staging car accident, these invisible
personnel quickly flaw away. Thus, after the invisible personnel stopped
attacking low frequency electromagnetic radiation on me, it allowed me to
regain consciousness.
When I found that I veered into the other lane, I tried to stop it immediately.
I also stepped on the accelerator instead of brakes because I thought the
accelerator were the brakes at this moment. I made the mistake because I was
not fully awake (still semi-conscious) and totally forgot to move my foot to
the brakes from the accelerator as usual (which a normal driver would have
done if he was fully conscious).
This caused me to almost hit another car on my left. I immediately made a hard
right turn, then regain control my car (and avoid the accident).
Unfortunately, the female victim was driving near a cliff, so there was not
enough room to regain control the car. Therefore, she drove off the cliff.
How could I avoid being induced asleep with low frequency EM radiation
and killed in a staging car accident?
Under such kind of condition (of suddenly feeling sleepy and fall asleep), I
knew that low frequency electromagnetic radiation was being used on me by
invisible operatives (who secretly entered car). That's because I only
drove on highway for one hour, and I had enough sleep before I drove on
highway.
Thus, I immediately ate several pieces of onions which I had handy, whose
biting taste and juices quickly woke me up. Thus, I could safely drive to
a rest stop and recuperate myself to normal condition from inducing
dizziness & sleepiness.
Comparing with this female victim's case with my own experiences as above, it
proves that it is a staging car accident and driver was attacked with the
low frequency electromagnetic radiation from the steering column (within a
short
distance) by the nearby invisible operatives who secretly entered the victim's
car.
Why it must be caused by the invisible operatives who secretly entered a
victim's
car? If the nonlethal weapon users (involved police and agents) could remotely
power the hidden emitter in victim's car from surveillance station/system
(without
using invisible operatives), they would have continuously powered the
hidden emitter to beam the low frequency EM radiation to keep the driver/victim
asleep until a car accident happen. Then, a victim would have no chance to
regain the consciousness. The above case & my own experience have proven that
the nonlethal weapon users (involved police, agents)/invisible personnel and
their
invisible operatives of surveillance station/system are the real murderers
in this staged car case. This case also proves that the staged vehicle
accidents can be secretly created on unaware victims by invisible personnel.
Why did the corrupted invisible personnel rather kill the individual's mother
but not
kill the individual (in the above case)?
That's because the individual was researching the evidence of a still-
respected,
high-level State Department official had passed A-bomb secrets to the Soviet
Government during World War II. This action should have been known by many
friends of the individual. Thus, if the nonlethal weapon users (invisible
personnel) directly killed the individual, it could cause even more serious
inquiries into the matters by
others. Thus, the corrupted invisible personnel rather killed individual's
mother if it can achieve the goal to intimidate and stop the individual's
research.
Why did the invisible personnel want to kill the individual's mother and
intimidate
the individual if individual was trying to expose a traitor?
That's because to normal US citizens, the Soviet government was an enemy
country. However, there is no national border between invisible personnel in
the international criminal life control organization (see details on
Part III-A1 of my website). They are just like the members of Mafia family.
So, an invisible personnel of any country (even enemy country) is still the
"family member of international life control gang" and US invisible personnel
are same. Thus, if a normal US citizen passed the A-bomb secrets to the
Soviet Union, he has committed treason. However, the above principle is not
accepted by the invisible personnel of criminal life control organization.
That's because the invisible personnel of criminal life control organization in
the world are just like the "members of Mafia family" -they are members of
international life control gang". That's why the US invisible
personnel rather kill the individual's mother to stop individual's research and
protect
the traitor (who work for invisible personnel).
That's because a person who work for invisible personnel is a "real family
member" of the US invisible personnel in the international life control
organization/gang. Obviously, the regular American people are not their man
in their (life control gang) eyes.
Second case, Chinese overseas invisible operatives used microwave voice
device to drive their citizen to kill his wife in NY:
This case occurred in spring of 1994 & involves a Chinese family who lived in
New York. They were from China in recent years (This story was reported in The
World Journal, a Chinese language newspaper published in the United States).
The man killed his wife while she was working. World Journal reported that the
killer have recently heard a voice which told him: his bad luck would go away
if he
kills his wife. The husband followed the voice's "advice" to kill his wife
while she
was working at home. He thought the "voice" was coming from an angel trying to
help him.
I deduct that this case must be caused by invisible personnel (such as the
involved
police's operatives or Chinese invisible operatives who used microwave voice
device on the target) instead of schizophrenia. That's because the invisible
operatives could use the mind reading technology in conjunction with the
microwave voices to set anyone up whom they dislike. If the invisible personnel
(involved police & Chinese operatives) disliked the man/husband in this case,
then
a female Chinese invisible operative would secretly enter the husband's home.
Then, pretending to be an angel and use the microwave voice to send the message
"Killing your wife would bring you good luck" into the husband's head. I make
this
conclusion because this man never heard the so-called angel's "(microwave)
voices"
in head before. It proves that the so-called angel's "voices" must be caused
by
invisible personnel with microwave voice device. So, the man and his wife in
this
family would be invisible personnel's victims. The real criminal would be the
invisible personnel (the involved police, agents & invisible operatives).
Since the Chinese immigrants family didn't become US citizens, those who
used microwave voice should include the involved local police, overseas Chinese
agents & operatives. In this case, the involved foreign invisible operatives
would be
recruited from Chinese immigrant business owners/managers (in US) who have
naturalized as US citizens (According to 1984 House Representative Hearing,
many business stores use mind control equipment e.g. microwave voices

This case prove that there is no national border between every copuntry's
invisible personnel. Thus, Chinese overseas invisible personnel could
manipulate overseas' citizens' lives in US.
Third case, Taiwan overseas invisible personnel had used microwave voice
device and same tactics in Taiwan to continuously drive their citizen (she
originally lived in Taiwan) mad in Maryland, US.
Ms. Wang's father was the publisher and owner of a well-known Taiwan
"Ming-Zhu" Evening Post (1960s-80s). In mid 1980s, Mr. Wang (the father) had
asked the director of Taiwan's National Security Bureau to help Mr. Wang's
son-in-law to resolve some "personal businesses." Mr. Wang told his Ms. Wang
about this, and she leaked it out (because of her big mouth). The "business" of
Mr.
Wang 's son-in-law affected the interests of some Taiwan involved LEO &
operatives. After they have found out about Mr. Wang's effort on behalf of
his son-in-law, they induced Mr. Wang to have cerebral hemorrhage (see details

using microwave voice. They continuously harassed her at home when she was
in the company of her relatives and friends. They also ridicule her on her
body (she had her breast removed because of breast cancer) via microwave
voice. These psychological pressure (mind games) eventually made her
paranoid and her families, relatives & friends to mistakenly thought she were
mad. After Ms. Wang had rehabilitated in the hospital, she immigrated to the
Maryland, US in the late 1980s. However, she is still being harassed with
"mind games" and "hearing" same microwave voices in the US. How could this
occurred? This is because the Taiwan's invisible personnel who drove Ms. Wang
mad has also moved to US in order to continuously deliver microwave voices to
Ms. Wang and keep other to believe that Ms. Wang were mad. How could Taiwan 's
operatives send microwave voice to their target in US?
That's because mind control, life control & inducing illness/death with
invisibility
technology of involved agents and police are the international conspiracies.
There is an secret agreement between involved agents and police of countries
that
are using invisibility technology. This unlawful agreement allows overseas
involved
LEO to use the surveillance equipments (including weapons) of host country when
the overseas invisible personnel unlawfully control their citizens' lives in
living
abroad in that country. This secret agreement extend the power of the involved
LEO of surveillance station/system beyond their own national boarder.
Thus, Taiwan's overseas invisible personnel can still use microwave voice
device in US to send their microwave voices on their victims. This case is
similar as above case in New York. Both cases prove that mind control, life
control & inducing illness/death with invisibility technology of involved
agents
and police are the international conspiracies.
Thus, under the secret cooperation from involved local police, Taiwan's
overseas invisible personnel and Chinese overseas invisible personnel can
manmipulate their overseas vtictims' lives in US.
The above cases have proven that the cooperation between US invisible
personnel and involved foreign overseas invisible personnel have intentionally
violated the US Constitution and laws to unlawfully control everyone's life.
Every country should stop them.
Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely. The international secret
cooperation between these invisible personnel (involved police, agents &
invisible
operatives) access to absolute power to unlawfully control everyone's lives
with illness/death inducing techniques from home to abroad . So, these
invisible personnel of every country became corrupted. Currently, their secret
cooperation is just like an international illegal invisible personnel group
to pursue their unlawful interests and life control power against their
emplopyers/governments.
It has become a vicious cycle after these invisible personnel become
