standing in knowledge of that which they speak, let me just say
to j. mathew phipps, the disinformation troller -- I DON'T
BELIEVE YOU; AND THEREFORE YOU ARE A LIAR.  Prove to us that you
have researched this matter either before or after you were
exposed as a disinformation agent.

rk:  As a computer expert it is not a difficult task to copy a
letter, edit it and create a forgery.  Is that what was done?
Did you or another disinformation cohort forge last year's UNITED
NATIONS announcement of the Conference held in London, England?

face; neither did I waste my time in giving it another thought.
But apparently you did.  My recollection, and my records indicate
that I have never received a message from you "j. matthew phipps"
in my ten years of writing on the Internet, until this sudden
BULL RAY BULL article posted yesterday Aug 31, 2005.

rk:  Google Search bears me out and shows that your last posting
was on Jun 15 2000: Then you disappeared only to spring out of
the disinformation ether to attack my credibility.  Was that only
after YOU forged the UNITED NATIONS AIDS CONFERENCE invitation
from last year?

rk:  My take is that you are just another intelligence asset
pulled out of mothballs to discredit me.  PROVE ME WRONG!  (See
