Democrats are following an electorally suicidal strategy of turning Medicare
into a political electric chair

"The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services last Saturday released an
analysis that suggests nursing homes and hospitals would no longer accept
Medicare patients if health care reform passes. The Senate Democratic plan
would cut Medicare spending by $491 billion. Under the House�s version of
health care reform, Medicare would be cut by roughly $574 billion over the
next decade. "
