take a look at a kubuntu linux screen (www.kubuntu.com) free open
source ---- it is easier on the eyes than open source.

Now, I do most of my reading on computer --------- so naturally my
eyes focus long distance.

And the bloody optician tells me ----- wear bi-focals --------- I
guess he'll then have me graduate to tri focals.

So I massage my eyes upwards (taught by Dr Bhavasar http://spacetimemotion.tripod.com)
and perhaps will put 4 drops of urine 4 times a day in my eyes.
