In a more perfect world ,Success would be defined as finding your true
passions and merging them into a useful "career". Yes, happiness in
what you're doing might just come before monetary and material
accomplishments.
I first noticed how the gov. approved schools treated artists. Tis a
crime.
A one size fits all 'education" system could honor the individual ,
teaching
skills such as reasoning , analytic thinking and a skepticism about the
pitfalls
of greed and power craving. Such a populace would be a lot harder to
stampede
towards war. And we know how wars can not be "Won".
So, let's have compassion for the fascists, the warmongers. They do not
know how damaged they are. And their endless pursuits to fill that void
they feel, could be examined. Money and power will never fulfill them.
Sad but true.,
