I think probably that you could write it yourself and it would stand up
in court, when you sued them and became the new owner of the store.
Once you get the store take down that sign.
Also make darn sure that they know when they sign the letter that you
will take the sign down when you take over.
In reality they are making the statement that they are taking full
responsibility just by posting the sign, also they a doubling your
chances of being accosted on their property by letting the bad guys know
you are unarmed.
If all else fails and they will not remove the sign and they still want
to remove your 2nd amendment rights, then practice your first admenment
rights by protesting in front of their store (unarmed of course).
Letting everyone know that Walmart is endangering everyone who shops
there and if you get mugged or car jacked Walmart will be happy to give
you the keys to their store.

The Wal-Marts I've been to in AZ have signs; I have only seen them
in one or two other businesses.

I've never seen one anywhere in Indiana with a no CCW sign.

Feeehhw. Thank God. I'm Glad. Now I'll know who the criminal is 'cause
he'll be "brandishing" his weapon now. I feel much safer. Don't U?
