Perhaps, but in this particular case it does start with an actual zero
condition and counts up from there.
Of course, for anyone other than a programmer the point is utterly moot. But
then you know Dudu when his ignorance is caught out. He starts fishing
around for something where what he said would be true......and then tries to
assert it applies even though the topic was something else entirely,.
A calendar system is not and never has been an electronic computer, nor have
people for that matter. So how a computer counts is irrelevant to how people
count or how our calendar system works.
A this point Dudu is demonstrating his stupidity and dishonesty by
attempting to make a hash of his claims rather than simply admitting his
error.

Well, he claims this 'Mistake" should be corrected, but it hasn't and it
almost certainly never will. At least not until we adopt a new calendar
system which seems highly unlikely.
