Attorney General Eric Holder signed off on the decision to seek the
personal emails of a Fox News reporter by suggesting he was a
"co-conspirator" in a criminal leak case, the Department of Justice
confirmed in a statement on Friday.

The government is prosecuting Stephen Jin-Woo Kim, a former State
Department official who is accused of giving Rosen, a reporter for Fox,
classified information. The DOJ treated Rosen as a "co-conspirator" and
told a judge it was considering charges against him in an effort to get
his emails.

"After extensive deliberations, and after following all applicable laws,
regulations and policies, the Department sought an appropriately
tailored search warrant under the Privacy Protection Act. And a federal
magistrate judge made an independent finding that probable cause existed
to approve the search warrant," the statement on Friday said.

Where can I get the tickets for the hanging ?

6. Then everyone must conform to the lie

Another leftard who fears free speech and prefers Government coverups.

Daniel Ellsberg would be appalled at how the left has sold out.

They may be in the works ... Likely the FOX traitor will be given a
chance to be a witness first, or a defendant second.

Real Americans are proud of Eric finding these traitors.

The president of the United States has said he stands fully for freedom
of the press and for reporters doing their job and carrying out the
questioning and testing of the government. That means if he carries out
what he says is his policy, there will be no further actions against the
press.

If the FOX traitor knew the information was top secret , classified
information not to be repeated outside of the CIA ... he needs
hung bu his neck until he is dead.

If the reporter was a "liberal" .. ko0oks would be screaming

James Rosen reported on something that had already happened, there
was no security compromise. He just beat Obama to the punch, O
didn't get to thump his chest.
There won't be any charges because there was no crime committed.
Obama and Holder are in deep shit over their actions, probably
impeachment.

I disagree. Odoofus will never be impeached because it would take too
many 'Rat votes to get it passed. Never happen. He'll lose what little
credibility he has left, the MSM won't be quite so eager to suck his
ass and he'll be nothing but a figurehead for the remainder of his
term. I mean even more of a figurehead than he already is.

What the sock puppet doesn't understand is that Holder has no
enemies to the left. So of course the "traitors" are people actually
committing journalism, asking questions, and following the leads where
ever they go. Reporting on malfeasance is only accepted if it is the
"proper" (I.e., Republican) malfeasance. Anything else is treason to
Beloved Leader.
Such "traitors" to Beloved Leader must not go unpunished! And so
a FEDERAL employee perjures to get a CRIMINAL Warrant sworn out, in
order that future "journalists" and whistle blowers know not step out
of line.

And of course, the Democrat sycophants are all in favor of this,
pretending that it will always be progressive Democrats in the
decision making chairs. Or they would recognize that when a
politician can send the FBI, IRS, EPA, FDA, FOOCC, OSHA, and any of
the myriad of "TLA"s round to "just check up" on the "opposition" - it
is a bad thing.

Which does not mean that the MSM will be any less part of the
Democrat party machine. They are only outraged that The One would
treat them like they were --teabaggers or some such!

Perhaps you should clearly explain what he is ignorant of. Can you do
that or are you too ignorant to do so?
