‘Armenian Borders Are Controlled By Russia’

International forum "A Look at Azerbaijan" is being held today with
the participation of students of the Harvard Kennedy School.

Addressing the forum, Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Araz
Azimov noted that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is not a factor
affecting the development of Azerbaijan, Gun.Az reports citing
Azvision.

"But negative cases did happen. Our lands were occupied. People who
left their lands must return back. And Azerbaijan has enough power and
resources to do it. Russia provides Armenians with weapon, which is
the reality of policy. Russia was historically a dominant country in
the region and is a military ally of Armenians. Armenian borders are
generally controlled by Russia," Azimov said.

Then the deputy minister answered questions of the students.
