Wrong, it's 5773. Ussher adopted some old traditions about 2000 years from
creation to Abraham, then another 2000 years to Birth of Jesus (he knew
about the 4 year error).

He could have avoided all that scribbling and reckoning if only he had
consulted his local rabbi.

Even if Tom was right he would be off by a couple of years. Since there
is no year 0 the right answer is 4004 BC + 2012 AD - 1 = 6015.
