Will this be a book with text or just pictures? I see an impending problem...

Clearly copyright. Unlike "Dr." Jason's crock of bull, this one would
have merit.

Crazyharp, draw your own pictures (or find someone to draw them
for you) and don't use those from Dr. Gish's
book except for what can be justified by "fair use."

BOTH with text and pictures! For you see I'm making the parody ebook
using Adobe Acrobat and saving it into a PDF file. Right now I'm
editing the images as well as editing the text. I'm using programs
like Adobe Photoshop CS and mspaint and Arcsoft Photostudio 5.5 and
Photoimpression 5. When I'm done, I'm going to convert them all into a
large PDF file and share them over the world wide web.
I hope this helps to answer the question you've asked. If you have
more questions and good advice about what I'm doing, please feel free
to ask, ok?
Thanks!

The Parody will indeed be of "fair use". I was going to include that
disclaimer in the book I'm making. It will be consider as a "Fair Use"
as well as for non commercial use and will be protected by the
Copyright act Sect. 106 I intend to put that "fair use" disclaimer in
the book. Thanks for the advice. In fact, I have the copy of the
section saved on my computer as well as the disclaimer written down on
a piece of paper to remind me of what must I put in my parody book. So
thanks alot for the advice. I'll keep it in mind.

If your parady is simply copying their work and just altering the
caption with your own do bear in mind that you will have an uphill
battle to claim it is "fair use." Mearly putting in a disclaimer
will not make it "fair use."

You really should make make your own artwork.

Ooops!!!

My Honest Mistake!! I MEANT Copyright law Section 107!!!!!
NOT Copyright Section 106!
My sincere Apologies to everyone! I'm about 1 section Off!
No wonder you said to me that I need to do my own artwork.
When I said I'm trying to follow the copyright law section 106,
I ACTUALLY MEANT COPYRIGHT SECTION 107!!!!! NOT 106!

My apologies to everybody!!!! Silly Me!

Oh BTW here is the copy of this section I'm following:

Sec. 107. - Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use

Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use
of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or
phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for
purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching
(including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or
research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining whether
the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the
factors to be considered shall include -

(1)

the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of
a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;

(2)

the nature of the copyrighted work;

(3)

the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the
copyrighted work as a whole; and

(4)

the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the
copyrighted work.

The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding of
fair use if such finding is made upon consideration of all the above
factors

Thanks gota go!

I am not a lawyer but I am fully aware of the "fair use" provision.

If I understand what you are proposing is wholesale reproduction
of the book altering its caption for purposes of parody. If that is
true then it does not fit "fair use." Being a parody does
not give you a blank check. Look at #3 in particular.
The artist might also argue #4.
