global warming will provide this white wasteland with the opportunity
to become breadbasket of the world. The rich, fertile, virgin loam
under that white waste will provide the growing medium, and the
melting Arctic ice will provide abundant moisture.

The Canadian and U.S. unemployment rates differ by 1 to 2 percent. Canada

bedrock. In northern regions and even the mid latitudes of the nation there
