Rule 10X712.342a) All apparent conflicts of interest must be addressed
in the agreement. All parties must be convinced that the conflict of
interest is resolved in a neutral manner.

If they really wanted to exhibit nobility, they would just outlaw them.

I agree. Either fags are deadly filth which ought to be eliminated off the face of the earth, or they're a minor nuisance which can reasonably be controlled by taxation. You can't believe both at the same time. Personally I favour the "Minor Nuisance" approach. Compared with, say, cars, cigarettes are pretty well innocuous.

also, a packet of cigarettes will not break down and leave you stranded, forcing you to walk miles through 104-degree heat to get the damn things repaired, costing you $280.

they just disappear.
