And The Theory of Evolution as it stands would be proven false were a
human fossil to be found in Precambrian rocks. Evolution can be
tested, and indeed has been repeatedly by the predictions it makes -
one of which was the prediciton that led to the discovery of Tiktaalik
a few months ago:
