I have made a release for Tabbie 1.4.1. Downloads as usual

Changes in 1.4.1

Draw Calculation
=============
  * Seed for draw is based on round number now
  * Added extra shuffeling to prevent 'best teams grouped together' / 'pull
down' behavior from happening more tha
n could be randomly expected

Adjudicator Parameters
=================
  * Fixed bug in which the Adjudicator Allocation params were not getting
updated
  * Added check that no adjudicator is allocated twice.

Display changes
============
  * Adding team position data to Print module, Team locations display
  * Added auto-adjusting of height in scrolling display of draw
  * Added comment about team-specific conflicts
  * Added not-0 check on some places (unstarted tournaments created some
garbage)

Give me a day or
so to create the windows all-in-one release. You can create one for
yourself by downloading the Windows all in on release and removing the
old tabbie folder in www and replacing it with the tabbie folder in
the new release.
