Hibernate - (through Java) contractor will need to optimize existing hibernate code

as well as add new code, so s/he should have an advanced understanding of how

Hibernate works and how it can be optimized.

Spring - product is written using  Spring framework. Contractor will at least need to

be  able to follow Spring code and will need to follow existing patterns when addingto  the code base.

Swing - Swing is used for GUI and new screens will be added to the application
