Problem with pactical use of SysML

I work for a large corporation that supplies water to a major
Australian city.

I wanted to use SysML to communicate systems concpets within the
organisation however I was frustrated in the attempt and have
abandoned the effort t because no-one else in the organisation knows
how to read SysML or appreciates it's significance.

Has anyone else had this problem? How does one deal with it?
