Announce: Sympy 0.6.5 rc2 released

We are releasing another release candidate before the final 0.6.5
release, since we found some bugs in the last release candidate and
wanted to make sure we did not break anything. Please test this so we
can make a final release this week.

Changes since last stable release

This release has been marked by improved documentation,
C code generation, solve and dsolve improvements, mpath update, a new
logic module and the start of Google's Summer of Code program.
