Subject: [Form] Build a form according to an external parameter
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: multipart/mixed;
	boundary="----=_Part_1299_27635457.1350365194796"

------=_Part_1299_27635457.1350365194796
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

an other possibility is to create your own form type wich has a specific option. (this is a good solution if you need to pass a controller var to the form)
