Hi all.
I've read some rumors that nokia is about to leave the symbian and
move to linux based cellular phones.

Just wanted to know what do you say about those rumors and what do you
think will happen to symbian

Suppose it's reasonable for Nokia to develop two different platform
directions (Symbian and Linux) at the same time: such approach gives a
lot of opportunities.

I don't think Nokia will change it's primary OS to Linux. I don't
think that rumors have any matter. Nokia already have some tablets
with linux based Maemo platform. Perhaps they create some smartphones
on Linux for test. I think Linux may be a good chose for low-end cheap
smartphones. Perhaps they going to check that part of market.
