I've had Disk Doctor on my PC for a couple of months now, and just
within the last two weeks, have repeatedly received the message that
disk doctor has detected physical errors. I've done the recommended
scans,(std. and thorough) and neither have detected any errors on the
drives. There are no bad sectors present on the drive. I used
Ctrl+Alt+Del to turn off all programs except explorer and then used
the surface scan again and no errors were detected. It completed the
scan without stopping, and no error alert message appeared. The
physical error message alert appears shortly after a start up my PC
in the morning. Can you give me any suggestions for this? I don't
know if it is my hardware or there's a glitch in the software.
Thanks,
Maria A.
