My ACT 3.0 database is on drive D,safe i thought well i had to reload
drive C,everything appears fine on my D drive where ACT is installed
however when i tried to access my database or act.exe i recieved the
following-a required.dll file,SH30W32.dll,was not found and my
database will not open
Please help I Love my ACT program and have it costomized just the way
i want it and also have over 3,000 contacts in it so far,how can i
get this missing dll back or is it lost elsewhere within my computer
or maybe some program in C was sharing this dll.and could have taken
it as well when i rebuilt Drive C.

Hello Bonnie,
I would recommend that you backup the database files etc., then
Uninstall the ACT! software and then reinstall the software. It
sounds as if the software is missing some of the components needed.
If the software gets removed or reinstalled without doing an Uninstall
first, paths etc. in the registry can get damaged.
