Hi,

I have a question.
I'm using a pc with Windows XP prof.
Recently I installed Norton Internet Security 2006 on this PC.
This PC uses 2 accounts.
The first account that logs in has Norton Spam in Outlook Express.
But the second account that logs in doesn't have Norton Spam.
Spam that was already registrated goes to the Spamfolder, only I can't add
or remove spam and no-spam emails.
Who can help me with this problem?

Thnx,
Cailen

I've had the same problem for the past 4 weeks. I just spent 3 hours with
Symantec tech support (they escalated to their research department) but
still reached a dead end. They promised to call me back tomorrow to try more
troubleshooting. I'll let you know if this yields any fruit.

One question ... are you sure you are running XP Pro and not XP Home?

RonH.

I'm still waiting for a call back from someone on the symantec technical
team (a different group than those who answer calls). It took a while but I
think they do finally understand the symptoms and seem to accept it as a
problem that they need to resolve (said he hopefully :-).

I asked about the operating system since someone had told me fast user
switching is supported on XP Home only. I realize now that XP Prof does
support fast user switching (as long as the system is not part of a domain).
Will let you know if I hear back.

RonH.

Another 2 hours with Symantec support (research department). Still no
solution ... now he's suppoed to get back to me with confirmation as to
whether Fast User Switching is indeed supported in NIS 2006.
