Yeah *.yml looks like a shortcut, I agree that we should move to something 
that is kind of standard format. Thanks for bringing this up, if you have 
any spare time to convert existing files to xliff, that would be awesome, 
if not, no problemo, I'll work on this as soon as I have time!
