bit of help required with schdoc

Hi,
I'd like to open these altium files in eagle
https://github.com/BitSyncom/avalon-ref/tree/master/CAD/hash_unit

the altium demo is available after you've promised them your first born
and waited for three days.


Would any very kind person:

be able to create gerber files for this for me
and/or

open this file and tell me if a its a terrifyingly complicated pcb or
something that seed studio and the hackspace oven might accomplish.

Tristan has had a look at it, it appears to be a four layer board so doable by seeed. But I'll need to convert it...
Altium are discussing my evaluation application and should have an answer by Friday 0_o
