AGM & Board Meeting Sat 2nd Feb @ 2pm

Hi All,

It's (past) time for us to have another board & Annual general meeting for the group, so come on down on Saturday, 2nd of February at 2PM. As always, there will be cake!

We've had a lot of changes in the space in the past year, and we're looking to make the space better. Come along and have your say about what you'd like the space to have, what you'd like it to do, or an event you think we should host. 

And now the official stuff: Nominations for the board are open until the 26th Jan (1 week before). Nominations can be made by any paid member and must be seconded by another member (as well accepted by the candidate themselves).

We'll hold a ballot on the day for any positions that need voting on (more than 1 nomination). To avoid confusion voting for ordinary board members will take place after voting for office holders, to allow preferences to be accommodated.

If you're a paid member that can't attend on the day, send your vote or appoint a proxy to act on your behalf by sending an email to our Secretary, Rebecca Owen. (R3b...@gmail.com)
