I think I know what's wrong. My DBSpaces are pathed to
c:\docnet\database\... On Novell it doesn't have c:\ is that the
problem? If so how do I fix it, do I have to create a windows database
and a novell one?

Yep, I think that's what you'll need to do. Use novell-style or UNC-style references to the
locations.

How do I do that when everyone's hard drive on a novell might be named something different?
Whaty is UNC Style references?

I'm assuming you are running the Network Server on Novell. (If I'm wrong let
me know)

Because the server is running on Novell everything must be defined
with-respect-to the server. On Novell this will resemble SYS: etc. UNC
names resemble \\ComputerName\DirectoryName\DatabaseName.db
