Populating datawindow from SQL only displaying one record

Greetings,
I have a strange problem. I need to connect to an additional database to retrieve data within one of my windows. I had this working with a slightly different set up (going to 64-bit has forced the change of some ODBC drivers and software and the old way just doesn't work any more.

Anyway, I have written a SQL statement and verified it in WinSQL and it pulls the records I need. However, when I drop this same SQL into powerbuilder and view the output, it only returns one record. I have two different queries this is happening on. I can provide the SQL and source if needed, I just wondered if anyone has any ideas?
