Timing Issue between PB9.03 and Microsoft WORD VB Macro

Hello all...we have an unusual timing problem between our PB
App. and our call to Microsoft Word 2003 via OLE.
Essentially, we populate a table from our PB application and
then call the word macro in a template. The template reads
information from this table and does some additional
processing.

Because some of our computers are faster than others, the
macro sometimes reads from the table when all of the data
has not yet been fully inserted through the PowerBuilder
program causing us problems.
We were wondering if there was a seamless way to put some
sort of delay in the calling program, which of course, is
PowerScript; and do it in such a way where we are not
guessing how long the delay might be between the running of
the PowerBuilder app and the actual call to the Microsoft
Word VB macro?
Any info would be greatly appreciated!...:)
