PB 8 EAS component to EAS 5.5

I have an old PB8 still in production that uses EAS 5.5 for its component
access to Oracle 10G as we migrate it to a web app.

BUt we need to remove the old EAS server and migrate the same app to another
Windows 2003 svr to do the calls to Oracle 10 in the interim. The problem is
when I call the datawindow that shows financial data the numeric field that
holds the money info gets two zeros added to it so 13.89 becomes 1,389.00
(in the datawindow). It shows correct if I call the datawindow from PB8
itself but goes nuts when I call the component that holds the datawindow.

It works perfect on the existing EAS server. We checked the money /
currencies on the server and no issues.
