Problem service component not running when deployed from pb11 to easerver 6.3

Hi,
I have pb11 service component that works fine in easerver 5.2,
But when deployed on ea server 6.3 it is not running..Platform used is
windows.
..
Can anyone help how to create and deploy service component from power
builder 11 to Ea server 6.3...please also can provide what all
configurations we have to for these sevice component in power builder
and Ea server 6.3
