Problem connecting to Oracle using powerbuilder10.2 comp on EAServer 5.5

Hello,

Our application currently connects fine with ASE database. we are
looking to support oracle database. I have been trying to connect to
oracle database but keep on getting error "a valid connection was not
return yet no error was returned' . I have installed oracle10g client
on my machine. I have created connection cache which pings to the
database.
My question is
1. Can we use this connections cache and set a proxy.

Can somebody give me a SQLCA parametes. I have tried connectAs in
DBParm options but nothing as worked.
