Enterprise Dev Edition to Enterprise Edition

Hi Team
We have identified that one of our server is
running on Enterprise Developer Edition but we want to change that to
Enterprise Edition - the server already has EE license "PE=EE;LT=CP".
We are plannig to overlay binaries of Enterprise Edition and bring up
the server (and then run installmaster/security)
Can you pl let us knwo if this would be sufficeint or anything extra
needs to be done..Thanks
