CONNECTIVITY PROBLEMS ( PB 11.0 and appeon 5.1)

We have application developed PB 11.0 and appeon 5.1
We are facing some problems in the application, Several
external customers cannot access my PB Web due to possible
issues with the facility’s firewall and/or security
protocols that do not allow Appeon to be downloaded. Appeon
is the portal to My application server; without it, access
is not possible. A satisfactory solution to this issue has
not been found. Other external users also experience a slow
or diminished response time when connected to my web
application Web.

Anyone have any solution to resolve it ??

Thanks,
Jenny
