Unverrichteter Dinge sind Kfor-Einheiten wieder abgezogen, welche die von
Serben im Norden Kosovos errichteten Strassenblockaden beseitigen sollten.
Erheblicher Widerstand stellte sich ihnen entgegen. Nun soll erneut
verhandelt werden.
