> The Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy, the College of Law, the Department of Political Science and the American Studies Program at the University of Tennessee are sponsoring a one-day conference on election reform and voting rights in the United States. In 2009, the Baker Center sponsored the Tent City Celebration & Voting Rights Symposium, a two-day event celebrating the 50th anniversary of the first voting rights protest in the rural American South. The 2010 conference focuses on recent innovations designed to improve voting in election administration at the national, state, and local levels, the current status of voting rights law, and the importance of the on-going 2010 Census on American politics and government.

SWNA,
Sounds like some good non-partisan information. You all know that Mr. Mackay had to interview for the job he has done Outstandingly for the last several years due to Politics.  The question is? Why is it necessary for the Public to be given information that our election process is not ONE VOTE is equal to ONE VOTE.
Thank,
Len
