Only scan mode in browser

I have set up a switch. It works good with os controls and apps, except not in Chrome or the Samsung browser. The problem is that nothing gets focused. When I press the next button, the scanning starts, as if it does not recognize that the browser or the web site has any interactive elements. I guess this is a user mistake. What am I doing wrong? Auto scanning is set to off. I have looked into all the settings.

I tried again in my IOS iPad.. As you said, it works ok in Safari but it does not works good in Chrome. I don't think it is a user mistake. I don't have other browsers to try. But it works good in Safari. Maybe it would be good to report this bugs to Google, maybe they can fix it.
