As a member of the Public Health Association of New York City as well as SWINY, I wanted to let you know of a PHANYC event that may just generate some interesting stories for our science/health writer colleagues.
The event is a panel discussion on
Thursday, December 8th at the CUNY Graduate School of
Journalism, which will explore the adverse impact
unemployment/underemployment has on public health.
A panel of public health professionals
and health care journalists will be addressing this timely
