What is the spinnaker pole ring made from and what are its dimensions or is this something that can be purchased?

Chris,

We make those out of the hybrid cloth.  Make the inside diameter about 6mm bigger than the outside diameter of the pole.  PVC pipe makes a good mandrel.  Be sure to make the final outside wrap out of s-glass as hybrid does not sand for final finishing.
