You may be interested to know that the final version is out. 

Swifts are included (as are other building dependent species ) . We are very grateful to Mike Priaulx for his help and guidance.  It is a win for swifts and others. Thanks also to Adam and the SLNR team for listening and responding to our representation.

Banstead Swifts also remains in the final document as a case study, in its old name as Swift Protection Association Banstead.  

I haven't had time to read through the whole document yet, but it looks good.
