No because there is no batchSend() in the latest SwiftMailer (as there
was before) and you need to iterate over the recipients yourself using
setTo() and send() once for each sent message. Unless you want to send
one message with many recipients who see each others addresses (or
want to use Bcc), and then you shouldn't have too many recipients per
message.
