Hi YF

I have tried to install SC on my site using these links. I am getting
stuck here:

I believe based on the explanation of variables that the variables are
being set through these designations. I have tried these two
variations and neither has allowed me access to the database.

$db['default']['75.126.164.58'] = "localhost";
$db['default']['localhost'] = "localhost";

I cannot seem to pinpoint the DB. Any other suggestions?
