Allow user to login and customize on my sweetcron website

Is there a way or someone with a sample code that would allow me to develop
my website to allow someone to login and create their own social feed? I
want to allow my close friends and relative to use this website as a social
feeds for their facebook, twitter, etc.. Right now I have to work for me

0bvious - I still play with it a little bit, but aside from a couple
simple plugins I never got around to extending it. I know enough to
make changes to the sourcecode, and really, I'd love to delve in to it
more, I just haven't had the time to (yet)

schotty - it'd be a little complex, because you'd also have to account
for items/views and all other URL combinations - otherwise every URL
on your site would be directed to /items/tag/_your_url_here/

Sweetcron is just an awesome platform! I actively use it for my

Well, the 'lifepress' thing kind of failed to get going and it took a
lot of wind out of sweetcron sails.

I still use sweetcron very actively ([link]
stream/). It works for my needs, but I'd love it if an active
community were adding and altering it. I don't have very good code

Looking at the full SQL statement below, the problem seems to be that there
are some extra rogue back-quotes in the MATCH argument which confusing
things. More specifically "item_content)" is being quote-wrapped but

Try adding a trailing slash to your RewriteBase value, e.g.
RewriteBase /sweetcron/
I think mod_rewrite expects a trailing slash on the RewriteBase value.

That usually means that you have a problem with the .htaccess file in the
root of your Sweetcron install and/or you don't have all the required Apache
modules installed. Try taking a look at the Apache error.log file (e.g.
/var/log/apache2/error.log on my home Ubuntu system) to see what error

Is it throwing an error, or just not working at all, or just giving
you an unexpected return?

I'll see if I can't dig up an old plugin I used briefly, and see if I

I can, though I'm very much flailing around with not much of an idea
what I'm doing. I basically took the generic twitter plugin as well
as the activity_feed and...um...starting mucking about.

Yes, I was talking about the CSV import plugin. I messed around with
the XML import once, trying to convert the output from a small blog
system into Wordpress XML.

But right now there are a lot of options at XXX, one is the import

Hm, I never heard about a wordpress import. How would you start the
import? I think Wordpress has only the option to import the own XML
format.

Or you have to use a plugin for the import, so I would start writing a
script that reads a database export and creates a CSV:

Have you looked at your theme? It sounds like maybe you're hard-coding your
old domain-name into links when $site == "sweetcron" (or something like
that).

Well, when I change the domain in config.php I can see items in *url*/
items/site/sweetcron, but links don't work and they appear as external

1) Any native "Sweetcron blog" items are always found at the
"/items/site/sweetcron" URL, so those are very domain-neutral. I have my
