Hi Srini and all users,
I have millions of point (x,y,z) data from LiDAR ground returns and
GPS ground survey that I hope to convert to a DEM and use to delineate
my small watershed. Is it OK to convert this point data to TIN and
then to Raster grid (DEM) for watershed delineation? Do you know of
any direct method that I can use to convert these point (x,yz) data to
a DEM? Is this type of raster grid-DEM okay for SWAT operation?
Thanks.
Ibrahim

Please send GIS related questions to arcswat google user group.

The data have to be grid and NOT TIN.
there are several programs in arcgis to convert x,y,z into points and
then interpolate into a grid dataset
